PAST EXPERIENCE-----So I had a colonic many years ago at a different place in Chicago. It was good, but I didn't get the results I wanted untIl my 3rd visit which was fine at the time. MY EXPERIENCE W/ CHRISTINA-----After reading the reviews on Yelp about Christina and speaking with her on the phone, I immediately took a liking to her. She is very sweet, she took her time explaining everything about the process and answered all of my questions. I had a good feeling about her, so I made the appointment. THE BIG DAY!!! I wasn't nervous or anything, just cause I kinda knew what to expect from the whole colonic experience. I got to the office, met Christina and needless to say, she was a delight. Very gentle, professional and full of knowledge. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. The place is great! It's super clean, smells AMAZING!!! They have some of the best candles I've ever smelled. A+++ for atmosphere and cleanliness. Throughout the entire procedure, Christina explained it all. She took her time with me and asked how I was feeling to make sure all was good. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I did, considering the last colonic I had AT A DIFFERENT PLACE, didn't provide the same results. The results I had with Christina for the 1st time, was what I had at the other place on my 3rd-4th colonic. Needless to say, it can only get better! :) After my session was over, Christina wrote down a list of things to get that would help me go more often and would be an overall health benefit. She even wrote down a few different brands depending on my budget, which I thought was so nice. "Christina really knows her shit". I had a wonderful experience with Christina and will highly recommend her to all my friends and family. read more

If you are getting a colonic in the city of Chicago, you should come to Christina. She is amazing at what she does and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and calm before, during and after the procedure. She tries her best to be flexible and work with your schedule. Her new location is amazing. She is amazing! She's like a trusted friend I can chat with about cleansing, supplments, diet and healthy living! The advice she gave me at my last visit really helped with the issues I was experiencing. She even let me tag on her Uber ride since I was her last client of the day and we live close to each other. It was cold and snowing, and she knew I'd be wiped after working all day and going through the procedure and should get home to rest. She is a very caring lady! Don't be afraid of getting a colonic and definitely go to Christina. She has her clients' best interests at heart. read more

Christina Colonics - Supplement I bought! Acidophilus complex! Keeps the colon healthy - Colonics Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

Christina has always consistently made me feel comfortable. She stays with me through the main process and massages my stomach area during the process. When I start to feel a little uncomfortable, she knows what to do at the exact time to relieve any pressure. She is also very knowledgeable about probiotics and protein. Parking is right next door, and is discounted through the Hi-Fi gym, where she's located. She always greets me with a smile and let's me go feeling like she really appreciated me coming. I have had tried colonics before at another location, and the specialist just left me there and would check in on me, but Christina is there through the whole process, and makes sure you are comfortable through the whole thing. She has also really considered my situation, and had been able to accommodate me. I plan on continuing with her, seasonally. SHE HAS ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS! read more

I met Christina a few years back before creating her own practice. Since then I have never seen another hydrotherapist! Christina has a beautiful & enlightened soul. Her experience in life has made her wise beyond her years...and she shares this knowledge thru gentle touch and spoken word. She has found her purpose in life and we are all too lucky to have her as a guide towards a healthier life. So proud of her I am (yoda has taken over my body). read more

I can't recommend Christina enough. I've begun to go now on a somewhat regular basis and her services are fantastic. She makes you feel very comfortable and sessions go by quickly. When I first went to her I was beginning a Keto diet which she was very helpful in giving me her expertise and suggestions. Overall, my digestion has greatly improved and some chronic issues I was experiencing have started to ease up. She's fantastic. I did research and looked into referrals when I first looked into colonics and I can promise you that no one has the bedside manner that she does, only one of the reasons why her ratings are as high as they are. read more

Randomly came across Christina by searching for colonics in Chicago. She had the best reviews and decided to give her a try after years of problems. I have never felt better and when I say YEARS of problems, I am not joking. She has helped me tremendously. I have seen her a handful of times now and just got back from a castor oil body wrap. Her treatments combined with the supplements she suggested have worked wonders. She is kind and understanding. Thank you so much Christina! read more

Just like the other reviews say, Christina is absolutely wonderful!! She is not only very knowledgeable and professional but she also has a warm personality and lovely aura. I went to Christina for my first colonic ever and she led me through the process with such compassion that I felt at ease the entire time. I did a 3-session package and now I am totally hooked! My colonic sessions with Christina were also a great compliment to the vegan raw detox that I was doing at the time. Christina is so genuine in her passion for helping people with their digestive health. It is such a healing experience to see her for colonics and just to be around her period. I am definitely making this part of my weekly self-care routine! :) read more

I cannot say enough great things about Christina. I had my first colonic yesterday. I did not know what to expect, but I was immediately put at ease. Christina is very professional but at the same time very warm and friendly. Needless to say she made what would be an awkward situation completely pleasant. Christina explained everything to me and worked to give me the best possible result. The atmosphere is wonderful, very holistic and calming, not clinical at all. And smells amazing! I found Christina's Colonics on Yelp. I have always wanted to try a colonic, and saw that all her reviews were perfect. I am glad to know the reviews weren't deceiving. Christina was very welcoming, sweet, calm and super resourceful. She talked about colonics professionally but in a way that made it easy for a person who knows nothing about it understand. She never made me to feel embarrassed in any way and she really cares about her clients. I also like that she owns her own practice and she has more than 10 years of experience. I appreciate not only that Christina is incredibly knowledgeable about colonics, but that she is also a certified yoga instructor and will soon be a personal trainer. She knows a lot about gut health, exercising in general, nutrients, and yoga. When you see Christina for your colonic, you're getting a holistic health experience. She's very open, non-judgmental, and will answer all your questions (I've had many and she never flinched). The place is comfortable, very cute, clean and cozy. I felt very calm and welcome when I went there. I love the atmosphere she has created. It's not like a dentist office, it feels more like a spa. After one session I ended up getting a package of 3 and have no regrets. I'll definitely return again and will highly recommend it to all my friends. Christina steps you through the process, calms you down, explains what you are going to feel through every little step (before, during and after the colonic), which really gives you plenty of courage and control. There is also a very informative video you can find on her website that guides you through the process to give you an idea what the session will be like. Christina understands that, and makes it easy for first timers like I was. The process is typically 45 minutes and she massages your belly for all this time to help you with bowel movements and listen to your body to get perfect results. After session Christina wrote down a list of supplements to get and general suggestions that would help me with my diet and health. After a colonic, you feel totally clean, de-bloated, and reenergized. I highly recommend going to Christina's Colonic for the ultimate experience, whether you just want a healthy boost or if you are trying to detox! read more

I created an account on Yelp just to share with you my experience with Christina. She is the most incredible, educated, and motivated trainer you can find. I was looking for someone that truly understood balance and could help me get stronger while also encouraging my yoga practice. Not only have I've seen physical results but following her meal plan (she customizes meals plans for you) have improved my ability to focus and my overall energy. I am a firm believer in the help of a colonic and infra red to aid in detoxification. The colonic has literally changed my life. Christina makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible, I highly recommend her and her services. What is even better is the infrared blanket she offers as well. Infra red is an amazing detoxifier too and if you haven't tried it before the blanket is the way to go! Infra red isn't as common as you might think, so it's really nice to be able to find the service at a decent price, not to mention its a good combo to do with a colonic. You will leave feeling like a million bucks, no doubt about it. Life changing!! read more
