She started by getting to know my skin and it's patterns, and then the actual facial was out of this world. I've never experienced relaxation in such a deep level before. The place is located on the bottom floor of a commercial space. There are three massage rooms available, two which look to just house one bed each and then one which was able to accommodate two beds for a couple's massage. The whole place was appointed very tastefully, with little touches to enhance relaxation. We filled out a form asking about any particular problems or areas of focus, and we were able to talk about our goals for the experience with the therapists before they started. After we were undressed and on the table, the therapists turned down the lights and there was some calming music played. Our massages were extremely professional and relaxing. I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. My fiance prefers a deeper massage, and his therapist was able to get some knots out of his neck that have been tense for awhile. The therapists definitely took their time, and we felt like we got our full 60 minutes worth. We left feeling very pampered, and will definitely return in the future!

This was her first time getting a facial so she didn't know what to expect. She said Chrissa was fine which is what's important but her experience with everyone else not so much. After she tips her, the other women that worked there asked about gratuity although they saw her pay her. Then they kept asking her repeatedly to be a member and asking why not today. I've been a member for over a decade but had someone done that to me, I wouldn't have joined. I suggest providing a better customer service experience to all the guests -especially new ones. You can be persistent without sounding like a used car salesman. Not to mention, the lady who checked her in commented on her shoes.
