Then two ladies came in and had us soak our feet in a basin of warm-hot water before they started the treatment. They spoke very little English, but they made our feet felt amazing later! They were pretty good at adding more or less pressure when we told them. It was exactly what we needed. This is a great way to spend time with someone while getting a foot massage. I was impressed by how patient and concerned he was regarding my chronic pain. He described how he incorporates energy healing into his massages and suggested several changes to my diet which I am going to try. John also offered insights into how I may be creating my own back pain because of my habits and lifestyle. He demonstrated a specific yoga exercise which has helped greatly in better managing the pain and stress in my back. I requested a full body massage for one hour. John's massage really worked out the kinks in my body because I have been under a lot of stress and holding onto a lot of pain in my muscles.
