I had a 60 massage. It's January, and the room was very comfortable, no drafts. Judy was so incredible. She is truly gifted, and very intuitive. Her technique was a perfect match for my issues. The gift shop is filled with skin care, gifts anything you can imagine. I forgot to fill out the form online before coming in since I was a new patient/customer but I filled out a hard copy instead. I was taken back to the ladies room and was given a robe and sandals and shown a locker where to put ny things. The ladies room has showers, bathrooms, and dressing rooms. But they also have things you might need like a hair tie or feminine hygiene product. After I put on my robe and flip flops I went to the quiet room. They had lemon cucumber water (DELISH!) and some snacks. Truly so relaxing. My massage therapist then came and got me and walked me to my the room. I believe her name was Gina. She was great at explaining everything and she spent extra time working on my legs and ankles (as requested) because they are so swollen from being pregnant. The massage was truly relaxing I wish I could've booked a longer appointment! But all and all I felt relaxed and refreshed after which is exactly what I needed. I had some watermelon cucumber water after my massage and then went back to the quiet room to relax more and paid when I left. I honestly can't wait to come back for another service!

I don't usually have cash on my but they do have an atm so there is that option. I love the new UV Gel as an alternative to acrylic. I've been getting gel paint for years but now they have a hard gel "filler" if you will that hardens by uv light. It stung just for a few seconds when I put my hands under the UV light as I got the initial full set but the fill didn't hardly sting at all. Definitely worth the results. I Love It here.

My normal nails are usually just short, seeing I do a lot of gardening, so all I wanted was acrylic nails - maybe I got the wrong kind?- just wanted them for the weekend. At quick glance, they look ok, but if you loook at them, one is on crooked and the thickness of the same finger on each hand was a different thickness. However I couldn't take a picture of both hands because I had to hold the camera. I didn't notice this until after I got home. While the nail tech was putting this white goo of sorts on, I asked what it was and the tech said it's hard to explain.. (?) so I didn't get an answer. The cost of this was only $5 cheaper than other salons - so it still cost $55. This was Friday - today is Monday and went to a different salon to get them removed- omg- what a debacle that was -

His knowledge and experience really showed as he explained the symptoms and conditions I was experiencing. Most important is that he is CAREFUL and makes you feel comfortable and SAFE while using amazingly effective methods and techniques. Some others I've tried didn't have his skills- many targeted the wrong areas, barely made an impact, or were overly aggressive. I was slightly disappointed as I was actually booked for an hour massage (I know, I shouldn't be complaining!) but it was more than I had planned to spend and therefore I was not prepared with a better tip for my massage therapist. I wish I was aware of that prior to going into the session. The receptionist was not very friendly and spoke softly so she was hard to understand. It may have been her first day because she was working with another person, but I feel that she could have verified what my appointment was so that I could have confirmed prior to me getting the hour massage and thereby having to pay for the full service. Nevertheless, I was still satisfied with my service. I had Linda as my massage therapist. Initially I was worried because I'm about 5'10" and she is about 5' and I was wondering if she would be able to use enough pressure but she did not disappoint!!!
