She helped me first to get rid of my post war trauma. After that we started to peal of layer by layer of my major depression and my fears. At the end all that helped also to diminish my chronic fatigue syndrome. Dr. Lun told me that things are going to be better slowly with the time and that's how it was. I started my treatments with Dr. Lun a year ago. I was in really bad shape. Especially chronic fatigue syndrome was killing me. I wasn't able to talk or do anything more than 20 minutes per day. As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. If you have an issue that requires a Rheumatologist I highly recommend this practice.

She takes the time to get to know you at a human level, dives into the reasons why you are seeking medical treatment, and addresses all ailments comprehensively, as opposed to the segmented treatment I've become so accustomed to elsewhere which never seems to lead to a comprehensive resolution. Initially, I sought out Dr. Wang's acupuncture services for severe heartburn and heart palpitations due to a diagnosed leaky tricuspid heart valve. She was quick to emphasize that I would need to continue seeing my cardiologist for my standard Echocardiograms, stress tests and EKGs for ongoing tracking of the extent of my valve leak which I appreciated. The first few acupuncture treatments were intense but manageable and so very worth it because after 3-4 sessions, all of that intensity dissolved (needle pain, sweaty palms, etc.). I now enjoy the relaxation of acupuncture more than a spa treatment. After a few weeks of multi treatments a week, I started to see significant improvements which immediately benefited my daily quality of life. The heartburn symptoms dissipated, heart palpitations ceased, and my sleeping and energy made me feel like I turned the clock back 15 years. Now my maintenance plan is once a month. I've never felt stronger or healthier and am back to running 4 miles a day a couple times of week which I wasn't able to do for years and only have Dr. Wang to thank. A few weeks ago, I started having severe pain from running in my calf, to the extent that I couldn't run. I went in for my monthly appointment and shared this issue with Dr. Wang and she knew the exact spot and muscle to tackle in both of my calves.
