Ray is so awesome! I've been nursing shoulder blade/rib pain for 3 months now due to my awful golf swing. Finally came to Balance Point Therapy with Ray for my first integrative sports medicine treatment after seeing slow recovery with 6 weeks of rest and self-treatment. I've been dealing with chronic foot and leg pain stemming from a tear in my calf a year ago. I have been coming to Balance Point for little over a month now and I love their practice. I specifically come for the accupuncture done by Ray, and let me tell you, he is GREAT! He really understands what your body is feeling and more importantly, he listens. What I really enjoy the most is his personality, he tries to make everyone feel welcome, even people who aren't his patients. As far as the actual needles, they aren't that bad at all. Here's a quick FYI on Balance Point Therapy. I herd about this place through a friend that has had excruciating pain in her neck and back from an injury that happened years ago. She started seeing Ray for her symptoms and had amazing relief and lasting results. I contacted Ray immediately and started seeing him on a regular basis for my back and neck pain, not to mention I had reoccurring sciatic pain. I couldn't tell you how reassuring he was from day one and how informative he is about what he's doing or why you're experiencing pain as well as how he can fix you. No pain no gain! Some of the things he does will hurt without a doubt but it's for the better, so trust that he knows what he's doing and that you will feel better because of it.
