Silkie Herbal Water Retention Relief Tea

Silkie Herbs Review - A Life-Changing Discovery I've been dealing with persistent swelling in my legs, ankles, and feet for several months. Despite following my doctor's advice--taking prescription water pills and sticking to a low-sodium diet--the swelling never fully went away. It was uncomfortable to walk, and the soreness in my knees and ankles made it hard to stay active, even though movement was the only thing that seemed to help reduce the swelling slightly. While searching for alternative ways to support my body, I came across Ann Tam's videos on Instagram and TikTok about Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her content really opened my eyes to how the body and organs are interconnected, and I realized there could be more going on beneath the surface than I had understood. To my surprise, I discovered that Silkie Herbs is located near where I live! I visited the store yesterday afternoon to set up an appointment with Ann (which I'm beyond excited and grateful for--it's happening next week!). While I was there, I spoke with a wonderful woman working in the shop. I asked if there was anything I could take in the meantime to help with my swelling, and she recommended the Water Retention Relief Tea. The packaging immediately stood out to me--beautiful, thoughtful, and clearly high-quality, including a pie chart on the back that shows the best times to drink it based on the body's internal clock connecting to the organ. I brewed my first cup soon after getting home, and I could not believe what happened next. Within just a couple of hours, the swelling in my feet and ankles began to noticeably go down. This shocked me, because with the prescription water pills, it usually takes a full 24 hours before I see any effect--and even then, it's minor. By the time I went to bed, the swelling had dramatically reduced, and when I woke up the next morning... my feet looked completely normal. No puffiness, no discomfort. I could walk without soreness, and even better, the swelling didn't return throughout the entire day! I was so amazed I actually called the store to ask if I should keep drinking the tea even if the swelling was gone. They kindly told me I could save it and only drink it again if the swelling comes back. This tea has been a game-changer. I took a photo about two hours after my first cup and another the next morning--I only wish I had taken a "before" photo to show the full transformation. If you're struggling with edema or any kind of water retention, I cannot recommend Silkie Herbs and their Water Retention Relief Tea enough. I also highly encourage anyone interested in healing their body to check out Ann Tam's Instagram. Her posts are full of wisdom about Traditional Chinese Medicine and the body's natural rhythms. I'm so excited for my upcoming consultation and feel incredibly hopeful for the first time in a long time. Thank you Silkie Herbs and Ann Tam--what a blessing this has been.

This doesn't look like vocal.support

These are scammers with fake pictures and reviews stay far away. The ring leader Thuan Hoa Hang sells scam merchandise. I ordered vocal support medication these guys sent a bottle of " sweat hands and feet medication" then refuse to own up to it or provide refund . The bottle they sent was printed on a home inkjet printer and you can see where the ripped a precious label of, they proably purchased random pills at dollar store then printed label and stuck on bottle, they are not licensed by fda and are selling untested ingriendts they are scammers. Im out $85 thanks to this scam and the fake reviews

Trying to sell me everything on their shelves regardless if I need them or not

Giving 1 star is not my thing but it's someone's responsibility to call this business out for what it is: A SCAM, from their bogus ancestry story (300 years yielding only 5 generations, their great great grandfather being the herbalist to the king), to their fake reviews, and their business conduct. If you are going to make up an interesting back story at least make it make sense. Most of the accounts that gives 5 stars only reviewed them and a couple other businesses (so not to be deleted by yelp) and the account went cold never reviewing another business again. Most of the reviews of 5 stars carry the same tone, flow and grammatical errors. But it wasn't until I actually made an appointment to come in for consultation and purchase herbs where it became abundantly clear these 5 stars are fake. My experience with the two sisters Connie/Ann couldn't have been more different from what the reviews described. Me and my mom came in on time. Shop was empty. Connie was indifferent just want to keep to herself. Ann stomped in about 10 mins late which is absolutely fine. But the attitude and behavior of what comes next is why this review is necessary. She never greeted or introduced herself. Went right in to tell me to stick my tongue out for a photo. The sisters had no masks on and the shop does not have hand sanitizers visible. Ann is the "herbalist." She bragged that she has helped over a thousand covid cases. I was thinking.. ok you encounter covid patients and the other group people you provide service to are sick and vulnerable seeking your help but you don't care to protect them by wearing a mask? You might be strong and or already have covid antibody so you aren't concerned but you can still be a carrier and spread it to others. I very politely asked Ann if she mind putting on a mask before I stick my tongue out for her. Things went south real quick after suggestion of a mask. She became volatile and aggressive. "You seem like the type that believes in western healthcare. You don't seem to trust me. If you don't totally trust in me I won't be able to help you." I had no idea where that came from? I never said anything against traditional herbal medicine. I do believe in the healing nature of herbs that's why I came. I started telling her about my symptoms in which she was pretty much very uninterested to hear. She said she could already know what all my ailments are from the appearance of my tongue. She asked how is my sleep. I said I sleep ok. She said, "No you don't. You are exhausted so you just lay there and think that you are sleeping but you are not. Your organs are not sleeping." She also made other outrageous claims about my health from staring at picture of my tongue. She said I'm a thinker. I ended up being sold 5 different bottles of medicine per her suggestion (and ofcourse I have to listen to her right? Or else she will refuse my service as she warned in the beginning) for about $400. Between these 5 bottles I'm told to take 30 pills in a day! Went home and got confused about the purpose of each bottle as nowhere on the bottle do they say what the benefits are so I went on their website. Turns out, Rheumadamp is for arthritis or joint pains. Sflu heat is for stomach flu. I don't have any of those symptoms! Also, at the shop I notice all the bottles states not to take if you high blood pressure. I told Connie I had high blood pressure last time I checked. Connie told herbalist Ann. Ann brushed it off, "It's ok some of the medication helps with that." I'm thinking but then why the medication itself say not to take it if you have high blood pressure? However, while I was at the shop I was very passive and never rejected their words and everything was just oh ok oh ok from me. But I went home and realized what happened at their shop was just not okay. That was not healthcare. That's intimidation, terrible treatment of patients, unsafe practice, and just plain weird. People who prey on others in times of physical or mental vulnerability are the worst types of people. These sister duo does that all the while being completely disrespectful and rude about it. They have an absolute lack of empathy and is inappropriate to be in the field claiming to heal others. Response to the reply: If you never showed up and not even call I would respect that and this review wouldn't happen. Now you are starting to blatantly lie. There was never one word of discussion regarding refund policy. Not one word. You say the moment you met me you felt I didn't trust you? Don't judge people. I came in to buy herbs I've never tried. What did I have to display to show trust? Praise you up and down and beg? You always bring up money and cost. How did you know it was a concern of mine when I never brought up once about the price. I can sacrifice the $400 to help others make a better decision.

Memories Thanks 2 Ann

it will be the best place to ever visit it's time to take care of yourself they have that personal touch to make you feel way better don't hesitate go check it out

Because of them, I have nearly cured my chronic illness that I have been dealing with for over 5 years. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and was diagnosed at age 20, nothing really helped me until I found out about this company. They helped me learn so much about how to properly take care of my body! From eating better and taking the herbs that they have given me I have been able to heal from the inside. I have only been following this regimen for 2 months and have improved immensely! I have less dandruff, my scalp is less itchy, my allergies have gone away, and so much more! The shop is also very beautiful and smells great! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to heal!

This is what my hands look like now (13 months into getting help from Ann Tam and stopping use of topical steroid ointment).

4 years ago, a dermatologist prescribed an antibiotic to me to help with acne. The antibiotic gave me a side effect of developing blistering rashes when exposed to sunlight. That dermatologist then prescribed oral steroids to me to help treat the rashes. Although, my skin initially got better while taking the oral steroids, the rashes came back shortly after tapering off of the med. So, the dermatologist then prescribed topical steroid ointments to me. I ended up seeing another dermatologist soon after who continued prescribing topical steroid ointments to me for years. At some point, I stopped developing rashes when exposed to sunlight, but my skin was never fully healed. Whenever I tried to stop using the topical steroid ointment, my rashes would come back worse than before. My dermatologist kept on insisting that I have eczema, even though I've never had eczema before and don't have a family history of eczema and other autoimmune disorders. After years of frustration with dermatologists and wanting to try something different to help me heal, I found Ann Tam and silkie. I started seeing Ann in August 2021 and she told me that I might have topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) and sent me information about it. After reading about TSW, it sounded exactly like what I had been dealing with. Ann recommended that I stop using topical steroid ointment and I did. She also recommended what foods I should and shouldn't eat and prescribed a personalized regimen of herbs in pill form based on my tongue, skin condition, and self-report of symptoms to ease pain and help heal my organs. She takes into consideration what Western meds I'm taking when prescribing herbs. I sent her pictures of my tongue and hands every two weeks and a description of my symptoms. She uses the pictures and self-report to adjust the dosages of herbs, prescribe new herbs, and/or discontinue use of certain herbs. Based on how I was doing, she would ask me to come in so she could see me in-person. She also prescribed herbs to boil and apply to my rashes to ease the pain. Now that I'm getting better, I update her every month. Ann has really supported me through my TSW healing process and I never felt alone. I highly recommend Ann and silkie! Short Read: I've been seeing Ann Tam at silkie for my topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) for the past year and she has really helped me recover. I completely stopped using topical steroid ointment when I started seeing her. Thus, the symptoms got worse before getting better due to the nature of TSW. With Ann's help, time, and patience, I'm almost fully recovered. She has provided me individualized care and always responds to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I truly feel that she cares about me and my health and well-being. Everyone who works at silkie is kind and polite. I highly recommend them!

When first meeting Anne. I could barely talk without pain, western medicine said it was geographic tongue.

You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better and he is able to target it effectively and I usually feel relief pretty quickly after the session. I went to urgent care, and the doctor told me I had calcific tendinitis (calcium deposit in shoulder). I was referred to physical therapy, where they gave me exercises to do. But honestly, I couldn't even lift my arm, how was I supposed to do those exercises? I asked my physical therapist how long the recovery would take, and he said it could be a year or longer to get back to 100%. I was really worried. I couldn't cook, or get dressed normally, or do simple daily tasks. And my favorite hobby, pickleball, was completely out of the question. A friend told me to try acupuncture and recommended Dr. Quan because he had helped her with her shoulder pain. I told her I'm afraid of needles and didn't want to go, but she kept telling me, "Just try one session. It doesn't hurt." I finally gave in because I was so desperate, and I'm so glad I did. After my very first treatment, I noticed a big difference. For the first time after weeks, I could reach my hand out for a handshake. My range of motion improved, and it gave me hope. After my fourth treatment, I could raise my arm high enough to do a salute. Around six weeks into treatment, I had a follow up appointment with my physical therapist. He was shocked by how much I had improved in such a short time. He asked what I had been doing, and when I told him I had started acupuncture, he was very impressed with my progress. About two months later, I was back on the pickleball court. At first I played with my left hand, and before long I was playing normally again. Thank you, Dr. Quan, for helping me get my life back. I honestly didn't think I would recover this quickly. If you're dealing with shoulder pain or limited movement, I highly recommend giving T-Quan Acupuncture a try. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He'll definitely make you feel better.
