Dr. Kim is an amazing acupuncturist! Words cannot describe how grateful I am for how much pain relief he has provided for my mother and I for the passed 5 years. I have a medical condition called interstitial cystitis. This is a very rare condition. Only 8 million people have this condition in the U.S and it cannot be cured for the reason that the cause is unknown. I spent 3 years getting treatments through a catheter instilling a solution in my bladder to treat my pain while taking 4 pills a day to relieve pain. I got tired of this treatment and the cost of it. I never like the idea of Western medicine so I decided to go another route and try eastern medicine, which has always helped my mother. For those reasons, I decided to give it a shot. After my initial evaluation and treatment (from two years ago) I could not believe how pain free I was after one 30 minute treatment at Pinebrook Acupuncture. I have gout with both legs artery blockage problem. My western doctor prescription to me colchicine 0.6mg & twice prednisone. I was almost die with that drug and does not fix my gout at all. I took my daughter to relieve her sinus congestion yesterday. She has gone to another acupuncturist and had found relief. This treatment did nothing even 24 hours later. They didn't accept Anthem Blue Cross, PPO, so I was checking my phone for another place open on Saturdays. They must have known what I was doing, as they asked for my credit card right away and immediately put my daughter in a room (ahead of people waiting). Dr. SANDY Kim is definitely a hero to my mom. My mom doesn't have medical insurance and needed cure for her high blood pressure.. she's been taking prescribed pills from the hospital but there are side effects that will cause harm to her health in the long run.. my mom and I have been searching for awhile to get her blood pressure down naturally.
