I've been a client of here for almost 2 years. I come twice a month for threading service of my face & eyebrows. This location is very clean, comfortable chairs and the staff is always very professional. The prices for the services are affordable. Bala and her husband are so kind and friendly. Bala always takes her time when threading to make sure the customer is satisfied with her work. She loves to get to know more about her clients by asking questions about their day or how is their family doing. They often have music playing that is very relaxing which helps take your mind off any pain during your threading session. If you do feel pain let her know because she has a few tricks to help it be less painful (like placing your hand on face to help tighten the skin). She is fast and efficient with threading. I am sorry to rate this eyebrow place a 1 star but I am beyond mad after leaving. The lady working (not the owner) messed up my eyebrows so bad! Looks very uneven and on one she took so much hair off looks like I need to patch it! I am almost in tears writing this. I normally don't do my eyebrows now I have to buy stuff to fill them in!!!! My friend and I came to see Bala for the first time yesterday. We came in for microblading and I also ended up getting my face threaded. This was the first time I've done face threading or microblading, so I was a little nervous. Bala was so warm, authentic, and kind. I immediately felt at ease in her (incredibly clean)salon. She threaded my brows and left a few spots that needed some growing back to do. She explained it would be a process but my brows would be back to normal, I just had to be patient. First of all, when I walked in, Bala gave me such a warm, welcoming smile that I knew I would be enjoying my experience here. She proceeded to engage in polite, warm chit-chat as she directed me to a chair & got me situated. The threading experience itself was divine. I mean I don't know how plucking a bunch of tiny hairs out of my face could be relaxing, but it was! Bala was very gentle, and this was probably one of the most gentlest and enjoyable threading experiences I've ever had. I like to keep my brows natural and clean, and she did a fabulous job!
