They missed several deadlines the Project Manager Chantel, who they make you pay extra for was unaware of the deadlines. This dipshit actually sat in every meeting and didn't pick up that there was a deadline. Then there is the principal owner who worked outside the framework they laid out. Went ahead without my revisions and created an even shittier logo than the one I didn't like. He was supposed to wait for more feedback, but instead, he just went ahead on his own. They are all glitz glamor upfront. When they are asked to show their work they just shrug their shoulders and get all butt hurt that you don't like their work. Use Fiverr or anyone other than The Marcom Group. I have worked in the graphic design and print industry since the 90's and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. BUYER beware don't give them a deposit, don't sign their contract. You will be disappointed and out $1,800 for a logo that sucks. Using Fiverr is probably the best bet for logo art in Bakersfield. If someone sets up shop in Bakersfield it is because their work wouldn't stand up to the muster of Fresno or LA competition. However, since it is web design you are up against the best designers in the world, not just designers in Bakersfield.

Beware of doing business with Joseph and his wife at Wrap N Graphics.  My husband and I drove our…read moremotorhome to look at vinyl samples there.  We wanted to match the stripes we wanted to have put on our tow car, a Mini Cooper Coupe.  I chose the color and paid Joseph the full cost of 400 dollars so he would order the product and schedule an installation date.  The day of installation I asked to see the vinyl.  It was not close to the color I picked out.  He told me I had agreed on this color because the color I chose was not available. Not true.  Then his wife said she definitely remembered me changing my mind and choosing this color.  Not true.  By this time I just wanted a full refund but the contract I signed was air tight and Joseph refused to admit the color mistake was their responsibility. After communicating through a few emails the wife admitted they made a mistake with their color chart numbers but they still would not refund me and I would have to pay for the re-ordered correct vinyl.  If you do choose this business check, double check, and triple check the color vinyl that is ordered.  And read their lengthy contract that protects them even when it is THEIR mistake! The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can't recommend them to other businesses.

The last phone call I had with them was me taking my business elsewhere. The amount of 4 letter words he used in that phone call would make a drill sergeant uncomfortable. The only reason someone would react like that is if they were desperate. They have 2 offices full of people that don't fix problems with your site. Also when they mention "Unlimited content" in their marketing sheet. That means they want you to type an unlimited amount of time. Be very specific with these guys. If you do decide to use them, and they don't fix the problems. When you decide to leave the true unprofessional will basically freak out on you. They may be qualified to do a static website with very few changes. Then again so is half the earth's population. I was able to create a much more professional site within 2 weeks. Wordpress is the easiest thing to use. It just takes a bit of learning. You can learn Wordpress faster than they can provide you a functional website.
