Beware of doing business with Joseph and his wife at Wrap N Graphics.  My husband and I drove our…read moremotorhome to look at vinyl samples there.  We wanted to match the stripes we wanted to have put on our tow car, a Mini Cooper Coupe.  I chose the color and paid Joseph the full cost of 400 dollars so he would order the product and schedule an installation date.  The day of installation I asked to see the vinyl.  It was not close to the color I picked out.  He told me I had agreed on this color because the color I chose was not available. Not true.  Then his wife said she definitely remembered me changing my mind and choosing this color.  Not true.  By this time I just wanted a full refund but the contract I signed was air tight and Joseph refused to admit the color mistake was their responsibility. After communicating through a few emails the wife admitted they made a mistake with their color chart numbers but they still would not refund me and I would have to pay for the re-ordered correct vinyl.  If you do choose this business check, double check, and triple check the color vinyl that is ordered.  And read their lengthy contract that protects them even when it is THEIR mistake!
