I initially texted over my plans and worked with K From the beginning, I felt the interaction was pretty passive aggressive and not very welcoming. I also had someone with me during the interaction who noticed the same thing, so it wasn't just my perception. Then I received an email quote for $289 for each of my pieces, which didn't seem right based on the different sizes and what I had originally requested. I called to get clarification and was connected with Marcella, who was much more helpful. She was able to explain the pricing and get me the information I actually needed. At that point, though, the first experience had already left a bad impression. When you're spending money on something, you want to feel like you're being treated fairly and that you can trust the person you're doing business with. Getting a quote that didn't seem to match what I was asking for made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ended up going with another company, even though it cost me about $100 more, simply because I felt more comfortable doing business with them. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I never actually received the finished products, so I can't fairly judge the quality of their work. They may do great work and their pricing may be competitive. My review is strictly based on my customer service and quoting experience. I really wanted to keep the business local, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good enough for me to continue.
