This is such a waste of everyone's time when it takes less than a minute to plug in credentials. They have no sense of urgency to fix any issues. I had a ticket submitted for a printing issue and it took over a week before someone even came out and about another week to finally fix the issue. This place is way to big for their britches. There are other IT companies that have friendly customer service and more competent techs.

They might look terrible in print because they were only meant to be viewed on a screen. I need them printed and slapped on some foam core in the next hour for a client who will really, really appreciate them. And they might look terrible. I mean really, really terrible, because - screenshots. Are you willing to take this journey with me?" Kyle not only took the journey; he led the journey. The man dropped everything, Photoshopped my pdfs into printable sizes, and foam-cored them into a splendid deliverable... and then offered to deliver them personally to my client. The man earned his sainthood. The client was overjoyed with the result, and everyone left a winner. I've never been to Bakersfield, and chances are I won't find myself there anytime soon. But if I did need to go to Bakersfield, and if I needed something while I was there, I'd call Kyle for pointers.
