No matter what we order or have them embroider for my husband's YouTube channel always comes out amazing. And that means everything to us. We've never had to return anything or had a complaint. I initially contacted this shop for a patch job and were considering working with them long-term…read morefor future jersey orders. While I take responsibility for not asking for a quote up front, the experience was disappointing. The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can't recommend them to other businesses.

This company sucks with a capital SUCK. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They took my money…read moregave me a shitty logo then said they didn't want to work with me. They missed several deadlines the Project Manager Chantel, who they make you pay extra for was unaware of the deadlines. This dipshit actually sat in every meeting and didn't pick up that there was a deadline. Then there is the principal owner who worked outside the framework they laid out. Went ahead without my revisions and created an even shittier logo than the one I didn't like. He was supposed to wait for more feedback, but instead, he just went ahead on his own. They are all glitz glamor upfront. When they are asked to show their work they just shrug their shoulders and get all butt hurt that you don't like their work. Use Fiverr or anyone other than The Marcom Group. I have worked in the graphic design and print industry since the 90's and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. BUYER beware don't give them a deposit, don't sign their contract. You will be disappointed and out $1,800 for a logo that sucks. Using Fiverr is probably the best bet for logo art in Bakersfield. If someone sets up shop in Bakersfield it is because their work wouldn't stand up to the muster of Fresno or LA competition. However, since it is web design you are up against the best designers in the world, not just designers in Bakersfield.

I wanted to support a local Bakersfield business, so I reached out to Hall Letter Shop after…read morehearing they had pretty competitive pricing. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was not great. I initially texted over my plans and worked with K From the beginning, I felt the interaction was pretty passive aggressive and not very welcoming. I also had someone with me during the interaction who noticed the same thing, so it wasn't just my perception. Then I received an email quote for $289 for each of my pieces, which didn't seem right based on the different sizes and what I had originally requested. I called to get clarification and was connected with Marcella, who was much more helpful. She was able to explain the pricing and get me the information I actually needed. At that point, though, the first experience had already left a bad impression. When you're spending money on something, you want to feel like you're being treated fairly and that you can trust the person you're doing business with. Getting a quote that didn't seem to match what I was asking for made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ended up going with another company, even though it cost me about $100 more, simply because I felt more comfortable doing business with them. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I never actually received the finished products, so I can't fairly judge the quality of their work. They may do great work and their pricing may be competitive. My review is strictly based on my customer service and quoting experience. I really wanted to keep the business local, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good enough for me to continue.
