Beware of doing business with Joseph and his wife at Wrap N Graphics.  My husband and I drove our…read moremotorhome to look at vinyl samples there.  We wanted to match the stripes we wanted to have put on our tow car, a Mini Cooper Coupe.  I chose the color and paid Joseph the full cost of 400 dollars so he would order the product and schedule an installation date.  The day of installation I asked to see the vinyl.  It was not close to the color I picked out.  He told me I had agreed on this color because the color I chose was not available. Not true.  Then his wife said she definitely remembered me changing my mind and choosing this color.  Not true.  By this time I just wanted a full refund but the contract I signed was air tight and Joseph refused to admit the color mistake was their responsibility. After communicating through a few emails the wife admitted they made a mistake with their color chart numbers but they still would not refund me and I would have to pay for the re-ordered correct vinyl.  If you do choose this business check, double check, and triple check the color vinyl that is ordered.  And read their lengthy contract that protects them even when it is THEIR mistake! The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can't recommend them to other businesses.

We needed to LED upgrade some signs nearby and every time I called Michael had a different excuse on why it wasn't done. The last 2 months of the 2 week project he promised me every time I called it was getting worked on and would be done by end of the day. Then when I called the next day he would say there was a mix up and they need one more part. He used every excuse in the book 3 times or more and promised me every day for months it would be done. This was all happening while job was paid in full with them holding out money. Stay away if you need something done on time.

Terrible! They did a wrap for my trailer. They said they would need 7-10 days. They had it for a…read moremonth. I tried to be patient. Then I called and told them we were going to take it some where else. When we got there at first it looked pretty good, on further inspection, it was terrible! They cut the wrap short in places, the seams are overlapping, it looked as though they didn't use a heat gun. Cracks and places where the wrap wasn't smooth. I asked if they had planned on caulking it or what they planned to do. They said they would caulk it if I could come back. I should've just taken it right there and then they had a block with another car and I couldn't get a policeman to come with me. So I gave them another chance. It is really bad workmanship!!! I should take them to court, but I don't want to battle. They said, 1 yr. On their work, 3-5 years on the wrap. The caulking is Al ready cracking and the front side wall is no longer secure. They caulked the side that is lose and didn't even caulk the other side. Another thing is when they stuck the vinyl wrap on the pop out section they didn't do it right. If my son wouldn't have noticed when the pop out was used next the wrap would have torn off because they didn't trim the wrap around the pop out, they just put it over the pop out. It was connected to the bottom portion below the pop out. Terrible, Terrible, Terible!!!
