I worked in his front yard with no issue. I almost considered using him for residential tint, thank goodness I didn't. About a month after I noticed this issue. I called him and he acted like he had no idea what the mark was. I took it back and he said come the following weekend. He assured me he would fix at no cost and had the material just couldn't that day. He was dealing with his own car issues so I understood. I called back the next week to confirm. He totally switched up his tone, aggressive, accusing me of rushing him to complete, that the debris had to be there before he put the tint and how come I didn't see it, and he doesn't have the tint. I was shocked, I asked if he cleaned the window before putting the tint he should have seen it. He said he didn't want to scrape the window because of my defroster lines and whatever it is had to be there before he tinted it. He said he was working and was not going to argue.
