I purchased the GOLD Interior Package. Kaiki's guys worked really fast on my car and ensured my interior was shampoo'd thoroughly. My car had a BUNCH of stains and by the end, there were only a few tiny ones that were barely visible to the eye (I'm very nit-picky). Kaiki was very kind and patient over the phone- easy to communicate with & efficient. He is super responsive to any requests / quotes. read more

My Tundra was dirty! I have a big, slobbering, shedding dog that had really made the interior of the truck his home. Kaiky made the truck look new again! He was super communicative, confirming my appointment (I only had one day available) and staying in touch when he was running 10 minutes late due to traffic. He came fully equipped to do the job, didn't need a thing from me so I was able to work all day. I am super happy with the service and the job, will recommend to all my friends and family! I wish I had thought to get before pics... I will next time for sure! read more

Kaiky did an excellent job. My car looks brand new after the cleaning, in and out: the paint on the main driver seat is removed, the carpets are fully washed and the small scratches that were introduced after the previous machine-washes were gone. Kaiky paid attention to every detail. What's more, I also enjoyed talking to him a lot: he's kind, professional and quick to respond. He gave me clear instructions about what I should do after the car cleaning to dry it up. I'll go to Kaiky again next time. Highly recommended. read more

Amazing service! Kaiky was very responsive, I was trying to get my car cleaned but didn't want to go in and wait at the cleaners. Kaiky was able to come to our place within 2 day, and get the car cleaned. The car even smelled good. Would definitely use his services again. read more

I had a great experience. He was very quick Wiley responses and went the extra mile in every way. My car looked like it was brand new after it was finished. I would recommend! read more

Amazing!! I agree with the reviewer who said there was a reason everyone gives Kaiky a 5 star rating. Without question, he provides the absolute best service at a great price and it is a pleasure to work with him. Kaiky was quick to respond, followed by clear and thoughtful communication to make arrangements. He was able to come by the same day, as my car had been vandalized and desperately needed the interior detailed with the glass removed. His work is delightful perfection. He goes above and beyond in every way - thoughtful and informative. The interior of my car looked brand new and not a shard of glass could be found anywhere. I highly recommend his services and plan to do so again in the future under less urgent conditions. read more

Kaiky did an amazing job on my model 3 performance! Several things stood out to me....For one, he was on time to the minute, which I appreciated. He was also very friendly and personable, which was great as well. My car looks incredible! He really took his time and cleaned every little thing so thoroughly, even going the extra mile to clean and re-clean things that I never asked him to do! He's simply that devoted to his attention to detail on cars, which is exactly what you want if you're spending money to get your car detailed. I'd gladly call him next time I need a detail. read more

We paid off our used vehicle and to celebrate the occasion we decided to have the interior detailed. Kaiky came to our place and did an extremely thorough job. He got out several stains and made the carpet look like new. Every crevice sparkles. He even did a great job on the exterior wash even though we didn't ask for bug & tar removal. This guy works hard and he knows what he's doing. Highly recommended. read more

Kaiky detailed my 2019 Honda and did an excellent job. He met me at my company parking lot and was able to give me a full interior and exterior detail. He's quick to communicate and gave me a price range based on dirtiness that was very fair. I don't often make it to South Bay but if I do in the future I would not hesitate to schedule another session. Truly an A+ service! read more

I was asking quote from Kaiky for an internal car cleaning job but had to commit to some one else. The other guy bailed out at the last moment and kaiky was available and quickly accommodated my need. He was committed to his job and professionally accepted my work. He gave a call immediately after he finishes his previous job and came to clean my car. He did a wonderful job in cleaning my car and I am super happy with the output and his quality of work. He works hard and know's his job very well. I highly recommend his business and will connect with him in the future. read more

Kaiky is very responsive, great communication, takes pride in his work and has great prices. I've used several mobile detailers and Kaiky is by far the best! Great communication, he was going to be 10 minutes late, texted me to let me know. No one respects your time anymore. Got the silver package. Price quoted is what I paid, no range for this or that. Conditioned the leather and plastic trim as a bonus, no charge. Thorough, I checked places that I know other people miss and they were spotless. This is a 2019 daily driver that sits outside and it looks great! No flash or empty promises, just good old fashioned, great customer service! read more

The cali shine team did a great job cleaning my car. The interior is fantastic and almost all of the dog hair is gone. I was originally quoted $219-$279 for the job but the final price was $285 + tax because he said he lost our chat and didn't remember what he quoted me. To be fair I didn't push back when he said $285 but when I checked my phone later I saw the original quote. I had asked twice to get the car clay bared over text and was told that was absolutely doable but the car did not get clay bared (again bc his phone lost the chat history). I was told I would get a discount if I decided to get it polished later because he forgot about the claybar. I ended up clay baring it myself after they left. Overall I am satisfied with the service and the team but I give it 4/5 stars overall for the communication lapses. I would have rather paid more and have everything completed during a single appointment. read more

Was referred to Kaiky by a coworker who had his car done in his work's parking lot. I had him come to my home in Sunnyvale before I moved up to SF. It's expensive, but so worth it. He even cleaned the car tire/trunk/boot out that basically no one sees. My car was 5 years old and I had never had a detail done -- just done self car washes. It's nearly the same as when I bought it and he did in just a couple hours. When I'm down in the south bay again I'll definitely reach out to him since I know it'll be done well since car washes in the bay area do not have good reputations. Just a note that due to the shampoo it takes hours to dry from damp, so try to build in time for that after the appointment so ensure it'll be done when you need it. read more

Kaiky and the Cali Shine team are the best in the business. They simply don't make them like him anymore. He truly cares about his craft and would put Steve Jobs to shame with his attention to detail. The convenience of having him show up to my location, and the quality of the service make this an exceptional value that I plan to make a regular part of my car upkeep. read more

Kaiky was very quick to respond to my request to get detailed, offered for same day detail but opted for next day. He came and cleaned inside and out very thoroughly. Educated me on ceramic and other options to protect my ride from future scratches and dings. Appreciate his honesty and kindness. If there's anything you want to nit-pick he's more than willing to accommodate. read more
