I love that they pre-scrub our cars getting all the bugs off. They make sure it's super clean before we drive through. The location was very clean and right off the main road. I opted for "the works" which seemed like I got just the right amount of wash time and soap/sealant. The vending machine accepts Apple Pay/contactless payments which is always a plus. During my visit, the car wash broke off the plastic on my side mirror. An employee actually found the broken piece in the tunnel, took down my information, and told me a manager would contact me soon. A month went by--nothing. I finally tracked down the manager myself. Instead of taking responsibility, she walked me out to the middle of the drive leading to the entrance, where there's a small sign with tiny lettering saying mirrors should be tucked in and that they're not responsible for any damage. The sign was partially covered by a bush and so hidden that you'd literally need to stop traffic, get out of your car, and move branches just to read it. If this is such an important warning, why isn't it at the actual entrance, clearly visible, and large enough for customers to notice? Better yet, why don't employees mention it before sending cars through? The whole situation felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility instead of a business standing behind its service. Between the damage, the lack of communication, and the misleading sign placement, this place has lost my trust completely. I'm never coming back.

After…read moredoing the first vehicle owner said he'd have to come back to do vehicle #2, couple days later my son and I went over the vehicle #1 and was so disappointed, he did not vacuum, wash down dash nor divider console, the stirring wheel and gages were not washed, there was debris in areas so noticeable that should have been removed, called owner instead of texting him again and he denied ever complaint I confronted him on and said he did work and refused to come back to finish the work. He was very rude and for $120.00 I feel cheated, im a senior citizen and this company to advantage of and is dishonest. I see he's telling another lie, when he states husband had been throwing up in vehicle for weeks, I never stated how long just that husband gotting sick in vehicle a couple times and just on driver side, does that mean his not to clean entire truck,
