I used another on Stockdale but it's a gas station where this is a full fledged old school car wash. It's a quality spot for the price! There was a bit of a wait but they just have you line up and you can wait in your car. For $30 bucks they did an exterior wash and a interior vacuum and wipe down. During my visit, the car wash broke off the plastic on my side mirror. An employee actually found the broken piece in the tunnel, took down my information, and told me a manager would contact me soon. A month went by--nothing. I finally tracked down the manager myself. Instead of taking responsibility, she walked me out to the middle of the drive leading to the entrance, where there's a small sign with tiny lettering saying mirrors should be tucked in and that they're not responsible for any damage. The sign was partially covered by a bush and so hidden that you'd literally need to stop traffic, get out of your car, and move branches just to read it. If this is such an important warning, why isn't it at the actual entrance, clearly visible, and large enough for customers to notice? Better yet, why don't employees mention it before sending cars through? The whole situation felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility instead of a business standing behind its service. Between the damage, the lack of communication, and the misleading sign placement, this place has lost my trust completely. I'm never coming back.
