- Extremely Disappointed and Will Not Return I had a terrible experience at this car wash and feel completely let down by their lack of accountability. During my visit, the car wash broke off the plastic on my side mirror. An employee actually found the broken piece in the tunnel, took down my information, and told me a manager would contact me soon. A month went by--nothing. I finally tracked down the manager myself. Instead of taking responsibility, she walked me out to the middle of the drive leading to the entrance, where there's a small sign with tiny lettering saying mirrors should be tucked in and that they're not responsible for any damage. The sign was partially covered by a bush and so hidden that you'd literally need to stop traffic, get out of your car, and move branches just to read it. If this is such an important warning, why isn't it at the actual entrance, clearly visible, and large enough for customers to notice? Better yet, why don't employees mention it before sending cars through? The whole situation felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility instead of a business standing behind its service. Between the damage, the lack of communication, and the misleading sign placement, this place has lost my trust completely. I'm never coming back. read more

This Carwash completely ripped my roof racks off, rails attached to the actual roof of the car and all. I've never had this happen before (obviously or we would have removed them before heading in). The phone to this location DOESNT WORK. The manager at the location on Brundage failed to call back after I left my name and number FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT. It's a $1500 quote to get it fixed. I decided to upgrade this carwash to four stars because of the extra mile these guys go. There is always an extra staff they have which scrubs your vehicle before going in to the wash. Gets all the extra dirt and bugs that the wash itself does not get. For the drying part of course have an extra couple of towels available to dry the spots that the blower does not fully get. The vacuum section is normal. Sometimes it has strong suction and others it is mediocre. $12 gets you the top option. Which does give your paint a glosser look afterwards. read more

Woman attendant refused to give me free air. This is the first time I've been denied free air in 25 years. She told me she has never seen me before, despite the fact that I have been coming to this station since it was built. I am a paying customer, but she told me to go use quarters and that she is unable to turn it on. I've been getting air here for years. They give you tokens/quarters. What's up with the young employees who clearly don't want to work here? They look upset and annoyed every time I go and talk about understaffed! Two Sundays ago I went for a wash and the young man looked miserable absolutely no eye contact with me when I paid. I pulled around and waited (as usual) for few minutes as the poor guy rang other customers up. Watched the guy run to the other side to "direct" me into the Carwash. He aggressively waved his hands at me to pull forward while reaching for the brush to wash my windows! Again, he was not making eye contact with me! He made me so nervous and eventually my hubcap popped out! He looked so annoyed with me! I asked him why he wasn't paying attention to me and he just laughed it off. Never again! This company has major problems. They hire snarky teenagers or young adults who don't really give a shit about how they treat people for what they do to the customer. Sometimes I forget that I have magnets on the side of my car. Obviously this could be a problem at a car wash I understand that. But the way the attendance handles the issue is by without asking, taking them off your car and handed them to you while you're in the driver seat. Of course, the magnets are filthy. And I don't want that Dirt In my car or on my clothes. When I brought it to the attendance attention he basically told me if I didn't like it that I could just go somewhere else. My favorite gas station as of now. Missed shell but it's the same employees and they always treat me with respect.

They had the left hand side of the vacuum cleaning area closed off.The employees cars were parked there in the shade. The right hand side is in the blazing heat. lol of the customers including me with a baby were expected to park our cars in the sun and vacuum our cars. The reason that was given to me by the employees was the other lane was closed because the trash cans there are not under a roof, and if it rained the trash cans would get full of water. I recommend that you get trash cans with lids, and let your customers decide whether or not to park in the blazing heat. A employee did give me a refund, or he told me he did. I will not know until tomorrow. read more
