The food is very kitchen fresh and served with plenty of southern charm and personality. After all they all act like family, so why shouldn't you too! We had the southern Cuban, a blue cheese entree salad, and their famous BBQ pork sandwich. All were accompanied by plenty of fresh made southern tea (half and half please!). Each dish, too, was fresh, caringly made, perfectly flavored and just the right size. For $11.95 a bargain too! The restaurant is impeccably clean and entertaining as it's also a store of antiques, collectibles, and fresh goat milk soaps! A great choice for a lunch that will give you experiences to talk about, and food and new friends you'll remember.

When we signed the lease they agreed to make several changes for us (like putting covers on radiators, fixing the shed that was crumbling in the back yard, and replacing the thermostats that we unusable) and none of those changes were made. There we several times where we sent them a list of items that were unsafe and needed to be fixed. They never did anything with out a fight. We had to live with an unvented dryer that sparked for over 6 months. We had holes in the roof that animals crawled in and out of. We had a crumbling shed in the back yard. The cabinets were rotting off the wall. The house was infested with roaches, even when we cleaned everyday. There were several times that we threatened to take legal action against them. Only when we did this did we get any cooperation from them. Furthermore, they sent repairmen to our house that would start a job and leave it unfinished. When they came to replace the dryer, they left a hole in the wall from the kitchen to the backyard for over a week. Also when they had to replace the sparking electrical box they never replaced the drywall. One time one of the repair men (over 60) call me (21 at the time) to ask me to go to the beach with him, which I found extremely inappropriate. Another time they were sending another repair man who never showed up and when I called to inquire they said "Im glad he hasn't come yet, if he does don't let him in, he is not a good person to send into the house with you girls". Also when we moved in there was rot in the toilet, food in the refrigerator, dust, mold, and mud everywhere. However when we moved out they threatened that if there were dust on any surfaces we would not receive all of out security deposit back. Bottom line, they are horrible and should be avoided at all costs!

We assumed we would be getting a brand new shed, but the used shed we bought was like new and had some custom features for a really reasonable price. The guy doing the delivery was awesome-- he had the shed off the truck and in place within 20 minutes. We were extremely happy with everyone at Cool Sheds-- all the guys were fantastic and very helpful. Once the wood had acclimated they took seven weeks to install the floor. Every weekend they took a three or four day weekend. On average they worked three hours a day. When I confronted their behavior Jeff gaslit me. He's full of excuses. The floor looks pretty but it wasn't worth the aggravation. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. One of my countertop granite pieces was cut incorrectly and has taken us two years since the house…read morewas built to deal with this company removing and installing the same piece three times already and every time they come they measure, they look and push the countertop as far back as they can and every time the piece looks shorter than the piece on the other side of the stove. Keep in mind that once the cabinets are installed and before the stove gets here they come and measure to cut the stone. Originally in order to install the cabinets they broke off the sheetrock behind and exposed all the insulation, jammed the cabinet against the open hole and this company did the same with the countertop, it looked like it was cut almost half an inch shorter on one side of the stove than the other side so when you were standing in front of the stove you could see clearly that one side protrudes farther than the other side and when you stand on one end and look to see how one of the countertop pieces lines up with other you see that they are NOT on the same line. Builder, countertop and cabinet people all point fingers at each other and the most aggravating thing after all cabinets have been replaced is to deal with this people on the phone, I am always transferred to the BS specialist, for her the customer is NOT always right. Reluctantly they took the smaller countertop last week after admitting there was an error even after verifying with what they say is very accurate laser, well it wasn't accurate the first time! I had the measurements on a piece of paper taped to the granite only to have them measure again, three different people came to measure and they hated it but a week ago they took the countertop back so they could find a matching piece to be cut to the new measurements done with their laser. They hated it but they had to admit the piece didn't look good. The payback is to make us wait and wait, like if the mistake was caused by us. Rafael, why is so hard for your people to believe there was a mistake made, they took the piece after verifying that indeed it was smaller much to their disbelieve so what is the point to send a guy with laser? if you hate to replace why don't you just say you wont replace it instead of making me feel like I created the problem and I should solve it. Update: I got a call from the builder that said they want to come back and install the SAME piece they took because they think it will fit. Are you kidding me? Did the piece grow the almost 1/2 inch in a week? I have proven to your employees the piece is smaller on one side and it doesn't line up with the other countertop on the other side of the stove. If it wasn't right on day one and if y'all agree it didn't line up how is that you are going to make it fit. Nonsense. I told the builder I will let you try but if you break the cabinet again as you did a year ago February 2021 we will have to deal with this nonsense for another two years.

If trim was ripped how does this constitute incidental damage? This company was hired through Lowe's Co. They simply ripped out the existing trimming to attach a corbel under the countertop.
