Denny's was extremely prompt and helpful in helping us arrive at a reasonable bid for the project and they also come highly recommended in the area for premium residential home construction and renovations. They use subcontractors for some projects but, the quality control is probably the thing that stands out the most to me. Denny's construction will not allow anything less than premium work and I appreciate that in Beaufort where there are a lot of "I guess it's good enough" guys posing as experts.

Did not…read moreshow up half the time, was more than 8 months late and did not complete the job befor I asked him to leave The doors and windows were all out of alignment and had to be reset, the garage door opening was too big and he never install the door. I had to have it reframed. He ordered the wrong windows and I caught him painting them green. When I mentioned to supplier, they stated he voided the warranty. And, the list goes on. I guess the worst part of the experience was his attitude. I was always under the impression the customer comes first. Not with this contractor. Rude, aggressive and just a lousy attitude. When I complained he sent nasty emails Look for someone else

James Lee Smith of Teddy Graham Interior Painting LLC was the only person hired to paint the entire exterior of the property 2) The agreed scope of work was outlined on the invoice 3) Old paint was not scraped or sanded 4) The work that was completed was sub-standard with damage to wood siding through improper power-washing, which you tried to cover over with inadequate priming 5) Priming was incomplete leaving many unfinished areas 6) Siding will need to be scrapped, sanded, and properly primed to correct damages to the wood siding 7) The "deposit" was 50% of the project. 50% of the work was not completed 8) We have photographs of the damage, which we will provide on request to any person who is considering hiring James Lee Smith of Teddy Graham Interior Painting LLC 9) James Lee Smith of Teddy Graham Interior Painting LLC left the job with no notice 10) James Lee Smith of Teddy Graham Interior Painting LLC did not respond to voicemail, text, e-mail, or certified letter 11) After no response for nearly a month, client went to the Principal Business Office address (during business hours as listed on Yelp), 116 Red Maple Lane, Guyton GA, 31312, as listed on the GA Secretary of State's Office website: https://ecorp.sos.ga.gov/BusinessSearch/BusinessInformation?businessId=3207953&businessType=Domestic%20Limited%20Liability%20Company&fromSearch=True 12) Teddy Graham Interior Painting LLC was dissolved by the GA Secretary of State on 9/18/23 13) James Lee Smith was hired on November 3, 2023, while fraudulently representing himself as a legitimate business

The site manager was very communicative as well and even sent pictures of the top of the roof and places we were aware of the damage so that we knew what was going on with it. This is a two part story regarding the one star. Part one,…read morethey did a floor coating for our upper front deck that began to bubble immediately after it dried. They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.
