But they were supposed to hang the rest so we could move on They were scheduled for installation in March. They told us installers would be here a 10:30. No show. Call the company, no response. Waited four weeks and were told by an employee they were pulled off our job to do another project. Then they sent a guy who was unqualified to do the work. He made a mess and pretty much screwed up everything he touched. The butlers pantry doors still have not been finished- said they would be here October 10-11. It is now the 24th. No calls , no explanation. I went by and asked to speak to the owner. I was told she was not there . How convenient. Notice the pic of the back of the butler pantry door and the glass cabinet door. Do you call that professionally done? I say, if your builder steers you toward this company, just say no.

They had many different designs, hardware and colors to choose from. Amber mentioned they did have a busy backlog of work, but would be able to get us a quote and likely the cabinets prior to when we were going to have the work done. Of course, the final decision will come from my wife.

Lorrie coordinated our move, helped design and shopped for furniture, linens and decorations for the home which we rent when we aren't using it ourselves. She put together and arranged the furniture. We came to see it all put together and were so pleased. We have received nothing but compliments and have received all 5 star reviews. We just completed a project to gut one bathroom and gut and expand a second bathroom. In addition, we built 2 storage areas (owner's closets) in our garage. The end result was amazing and we cannot believe that the entire project took just a little over three weeks! Lorrie coordinated everything and shopped for us and with us collaboratively. We are very pleased with the results. Lorrie has been a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her services.

Absolutely terrible experience. Prestige Tile and Stone is disorganized, unprofessional, and…read morecompletely lacking in basic customer service. 1. They took 100% payment for tile without disclosing it wasn't in stock--only told us after we paid that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.
