He made a mess and pretty much screwed up everything he touched. The butlers pantry doors still have not been finished- said they would be here October 10-11. It is now the 24th. No calls , no explanation. I went by and asked to speak to the owner. I was told she was not there . How convenient. Notice the pic of the back of the butler pantry door and the glass cabinet door. Do you call that professionally done? I say, if your builder steers you toward this company, just say no.

His rates are very competitive and reasonable. The first day there were 4 people who completed the demolition of both bathrooms. After that, only 3 for the sizing, framing and installation of electric, plumbing and tile. Jeff always started at 7:00 a.m. and you could set your watch to when his trucks would arrive. I don't know how he was able to be so precise, but that's what he does. His son also works with him along with a guy Nick. They are true craftsman and hard workers. The extra bath was completed in a couple of days. The master bath took a bit longer due to the cabinetry and glass framing around the shower. Those items were contracted to others. We're extremely happy with the work he performed and set up for him to do our Jack & Jill bathroom early 2023. I highly recommend.

I faced a dilemma with an interior remodeling project. The problem was in the kitchen. The kitchen…read morecabinets were fairly new. The kitchen was really the only thing prior to buying the house that had been updated. I really did not want to replace them. However, what did remain in the kitchen was a very ugly utility type cabinet with glass doors. The cabinet was extremely useful, it just looked like it did not belong in the kitchen, it matched nothing else in the kitchen or the adjoining rooms in the house. I contacted kitchen cabinet distributors, installation companies, the original kitchen cabinet manufacturer to see if I could have something built to fit the space and match the cabinets. This type of custom cabinet is not what they do. Then I found Carolina Coastal Services. The price was very fair, the delivery estimate was reasonable, and they were willing to work with me in finding a custom solution. When the installation was complete, it was completed on schedule, even given the task of matching the existing cabinet design and finish. I was extremely pleased with the staff, and the finished product. I could not have been more pleased how this new cabinet marched so well, fit in, and enhanced the look of the interior of the house. I will call them again for any custom cabinet, furniture, or construction projects. Based on my experience with Carolina Coastal Services, I can recommend them for home projects. (photos attached)

Based on my experience dealing with Builtmart, LLC, I'm convinced that the positive reviews posted…read morefor this company have been generated by the owners and/or friends of the company to project an image that is neither accurate nor truthful. The unprofessionalism demonstrated by General Manager was astounding. Phone calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, paperwork not submitted, and inaccuracies in what was presented. The General Manager finally kept an appointment to measure the space I needed flooring for, only to be unable or unwilling to actually submit a proposal for the work. I followed up three times to request the subsequent proposal and was told on one occasion, when I stopped by the store, to expect a call from the General Manager within the next 30 minutes. I was told this by his coworker who called him in my presence to find out why I never received the proposal. Needless to say, that call from the General Manager was never received. Fortunately, the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas have many options for their flooring needs, and I for one strongly recommend choosing one other than Builtmart, LLC. I arrived at the realization that if Builtmart, LLC was as underwhelming, unreliable, and unprofessional BEFORE getting the sale, then the likelihood is that the quality of the work after securing the contract would probably leave a lot to be desired. My recommendation is to choose your flooring company wisely and choose anyone in Bluffton other than Builtmart.

However, we also feel we owe our community a summary of our experience so you can make an informed decision when selecting a cabinet company. Cabinet deliveries were incomplete and contained damaged parts. Their installers miscut cabinet molding resulting in a multi-week delay. Their installers dropped installation tools on our new quartz countertop causing damage. We had to replace over 50% of the cabinet doors based on our inspection and escalation after they were installed. Their installers left food and drink trash in our home, used our bar stools as step ladders leaving dusty shoe prints and smoked cigarettes while cutting cabinet trim bringing a strong smell of cigarette smell into our home. This was easily the worst cabinetry experience we have ever endured.
