In summary, our experience with Plantation Cabinetry was AWFUL…read more It pains me to write this type of review as we believe in supporting our local businesses. However, we also feel we owe our community a summary of our experience so you can make an informed decision when selecting a cabinet company. Cabinet deliveries were incomplete and contained damaged parts. Their installers miscut cabinet molding resulting in a multi-week delay. Their installers dropped installation tools on our new quartz countertop causing damage. We had to replace over 50% of the cabinet doors based on our inspection and escalation after they were installed. Their installers left food and drink trash in our home, used our bar stools as step ladders leaving dusty shoe prints and smoked cigarettes while cutting cabinet trim bringing a strong smell of cigarette smell into our home. This was easily the worst cabinetry experience we have ever endured.

Floors To GO is the Only Flooring Company You Should Trust in Bluffton, SC!…read more After calling and visiting over 10 different flooring companies in Bluffton and the surrounding area, I was frustrated and disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) everywhere else. Most places were only interested in giving a quick price and rushing the process, with no interest in what I actually needed or what would work best for my home. It felt like they just wanted to take my money and move on. All of that changed the moment I walked into Floors To GO on Fording Island Road. From the minute I stepped in the door, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. I felt comfortable immediately. The team took the time to listen, answer my questions, and actually cared about getting me the right product and the best value--not just pushing a sale. Their showroom selection is off the charts--by far the widest and most impressive range of flooring options I've seen anywhere in the Lowcountry. Whether you're looking for luxury vinyl, hardwood, carpet, or something unique, they have it all, and they'll actually walk you through the pros and cons based on your needs. They promptly scheduled a home visit, came out to measure, and made sure every detail was right. I'm moving forward with Floors To GO and honestly wouldn't consider anyone else. This is how a flooring company should treat its customers. If you want amazing service, honest advice, and a stress-free experience, go straight to Floors To GO. Five stars all the way!

Due to a recent loss, we delayed initiating the building and planning. Janna was so kind, supportive, and understanding. It left an amazing impression.
