The three workers that came to install the quartz in and the kitchen were outstanding. I can't give them any higher review than this. They took 100% payment for tile without disclosing it wasn't in stock--only told us after we paid that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.
