And soon we will remodel our laundry room and guest bathroom with them. I guess this says all you need to know about what we think about HH Kitchen and Tile. They are true professionals. Each person that comes to our house is at the top of their game. Perfectionists one and all. We are not saavy when it comes to remodeling. So we especially appreciate Randy and Debbie helping us form and decide what we want to do. The suggestions they offer are right on and give us what we need to feel comfortable to proceed. You never hear "we can't do that". It's always "yes we can do that". They are always on time. They are considerate of our space. They always clean up after themselves. Our remodel included a lot of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Our previous shower was now turned into a beautiful closet with many drawers and shelves. They took 100% payment for tile without disclosing it wasn't in stock--only told us after we paid that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning after the movers got them dirty delivering my household…read moregoods. They were scheduled for 11am and arrived at 10:50am (very punctual). The cleaners helped me move some small furniture and cleaned around the big furniture. After 3 hours my carpets are almost dry. I have to do move out cleanings every 1-3 years when I move for work and I think the truck systems get the carpets a little cleaner. These cleaners use a truck-less system. A few comments on customer service: I called around town getting quotes and when I called back a second time to book, they did not realize I had called once before and quoted me $30 more than the original quote. When I mentioned it, they did honor the lower price. But they did not honor the Yelp voucher I bought. Hopefully Yelp will refund it.

More like artisans than installers. This job entailed peace by peace installation. Not pre molded, plastic parts. The crew seemed to inspect for perfection every tile and other intricate parts. To great effect, no rushing to get the job done, perfect. There is a difference between expensive and overpriced. Overpriced to me means not worth the money. Quality costs more. Karl is a little expensive but not outrageous. It costs more to have Karl do the job. You get what you pay for. I was extremely happy with the result. You will be happy with the result too.
