After getting quotes from two other companies I thought I would need a second mortgage to replace my unit plus all the extras that I "needed" to go along with it but Savage heating and cooling not only quoted me less on the unit than both the other companies but told me that some of the other things did not really need to be replaced and the parts that did were also significantly cheaper!!! If that's not enough they were also on time and polite which neither of the other two companies were!!

After completing a $2000 electrical job Conway Services promised me they would return the following…read moreday to perform a $49.95 tune-up. Not only were they unable to make it to my house after requiring that I be at home all day, but when they called me to reschedule and I told them to come the following afternoon they misbooked me for the FOLLOWING day. Now I have lost three days because of their false promises and incompetent scheduling personnel. When I asked to speak with the representative's superior, she told me that no such person was on hand and that they would have to call me back. I instructed them that they should listen to the very recordings that they inform customers they are making for "quality assurance and training purposes." I believe that once they do this and realize that the error is theirs and not mine that they should offer me some form of discount for my inconvenience due to their incompetence. And, as predicted, though I was told I'd be contacted by a supervisor at noon, now at 9pm I have yet to receive a call. Conway is eager to do the expensive jobs and to do so punctually. They seem to have trouble honoring their commitment when it comes to the various specials they offer, specials intended to keep you hooked.

Called a company in and there were 3 leaks in the same location including one that my company says someone had started to cut into the cooper and stopped.
