This place refused to let me order. I'm a FedEx driver who's truck doesn't fit through the drive thru and when I went to the door to ask if I can place an order no one answered the door they all saw me standing there knocking but no one approached to even tell me anything. I like bakers never had a problem until today. You're better off going to a different location where the customer service is better. About a year ago and bakers still hasn't even replied to me. I used to love bakers but they changed something!!! The fries are not the same and the buns are not the same! Their fries used to be my favorite but now they taste cheap like jack n the box fries!! Wish they would go back to the old fries!!! Love spicy ketchup though!!! read more

Avoid bakers from now on. All the good items are gone or they changed the recipe. I finnaly drew the line with this hack of a burrito. The chicken is all tiny and cut up and fried! What are they doing to the franchise, can't just sell beans and cheese. And that ain't no bakers chicken burrito no more! That's a monstrosity from a place that just don't have it no more. read more

I have been going to Bakers for more then 15 yrs. All the time I go I order there bean tostada. Crunchy tostada, bean, shredded lettuce and cheese. I have noticed that Bakers has change a great deal since Covid. I ordered my regular tostada and I got something nothing close to the original. The tostado is a flour circle that they fried. Horrible. I wanted to get my money back. Going to call to see if they recipe has changed. The staff I have to say is very friendly respectful and ho out of their way to tell long times customers that they're sorry of how lots has change. Looks like Bakers up management is making cuts on quality for profit. Imagine going to McDonald's where you know what you're going to get and get something not even close to what you have. Bakers needs to stop trying to make profit on the backs of customers and employees read more

Worst Bakers Ever!!!! Worst drive thru service.. everyone looks miserable. Second time. Never again. This place used to be an inland empire favorite. They are slow, don't care about the lives and always providing the wrong food. Even when you mention the deal of the day you need to show it but there's poor reception so they wait... seriously. Disgusted. 3 cars in front of me & after a 25 minutes wait my food was still wrong. read more

3rd time stopping by this location. Always friendly staff. Inside super clean. For us Vegetarians, great veggie burritos and the veggie taco burger is pretty tasty. The fries are soooo damn good! Dropped in after the farmers market to get a bite to eat with my BFF. There was a young girl training and she was just learning the menu so she had trouble knowing what was in a burrito when we asked. There was a young very patient young man by the name of Gabe who was assisting her who kindly showed her where to look for the answers on the cashier screen. I watched him through out the time I was there and even with a seemingly slightly unruly customer his attitude never changed. It's nice to see a good example of customer service in a young person. Be proud to have him on your team. Also the supervisor Richard was visible and available to his staff and the lobby making sure everything was running efficiently. Great job in hiring these two young men. read more

I've always been a fan of Baker's! Came to this location for lunch since I work in the area, although they were busy for the lunch hour I received my food quickly even after I made a change to my order. Food was good and restaurant was clean. Three stars because being a loyal customer, I was heartbroken they changed their menu, not sure if it's only at this location or chain-wide. Good bye mama and papa meals :( read more

Stopped to get food on my Roadtrip. This was the nearest to the freeway. Very bland fries and burger. You definitely need to get some ketchup and hot sauce. Fries barely have any salt. Maybe some people like it that way. Got the single baker with cheese. At least there was lettuce in the burger, which was crispy and fresh. Drive thru was quick though. It's fast, cheap, and easy so 3 stars for convenience. read more

Nice clean cool spot for burgers and Mexican food. neat and clean with the outside table set up also a drive thru. Great location on Main Street. Friendly greeting as we entered. Had the number one Mama Meal single burger with drink and choice of side. It's fast food stand up orders with table service. Miriam brought my meal on a tray with a smile. Line was short, your service was fast and food good; about what you expect from any burger joint. Had lunch at 1 o'clock, place was about half full. Drive thru probably half to a dozen cars in line. Seems very popular for locals. Well recommended; will return. read more

I shouldn't even give it one star. I wasn't frustrated when at the window they gave me the wrong order and I corrected them so they fixed it. I was really annoyed when I got home and it was still the wrong burger and the wrong drink! So to make it worse I went back and personally went inside and told them what happened and not one of the employees that helped me ever said I'm sorry for the inconvenience . They just acted annoyed and acted as if. When I got my food I asked to speak to a manager regarding my non apologetic attitude and all he said to me was I apologize for that, you have a good night ‍ #worstcustomerservice read more

I literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. When I got to the order speaker, the lady said how may I help you, and as I started to say my order she told me to hold on in mid sentence. Waited another 5 minutes and as I said my order she had me repeat it twice because she couldn't hear me. Got my food and the burrito I ordered was half the size of any other bakers I've ever been to, the fries were over cooked, and the coke tasted watered down. This Bakers is an absolute disaster. Everything about tells me it's mismanaged and needs a major overhaul. read more

Went through the drive-thru. Food is cold and nasty. Lettuce was old, Fries were old. Waste of money.

Ok burgers, had never tried this place before but it's decent. It's a basic burger like McDonald's

First timer and was really impressed. Super clean facility and the food was tasty and at a good price. Whenever I'm in the area I'll have to visit. Had a coke float, single cheeseburger and fries. Didn't know the combo I ordered came with a taco. The burger wS tasty fries were good and the float yummy! read more

Can someone explain why Baker's would change their LETTUCE on the Burgers?!!! now their great burgers are MEDIOCRE at best!.. That Lettuce is one of the things that put their little burgers above a lot of others. Now... WHY FIGHT THE LINES THERE?.. for Mediocrity? lol ... Horrible! The lettuce is just a soggy mess, very sparse and no crunch or freshness! :( .. I hope they change it back to how it was. (I USE TO LOVE BAKERS.. Now, burger king, jack in the box, mcdonalds or del taco it is! or Even Better, IN & OUT!.. SO SAD UPPER MANAGEMENT RUINED THE QUALITY OF A GREAT BURGER FOR MORE PROFIT.. Make the profit up somewhere else!.. BRING BACK QUALITY! BRING BACK QUALITY! BRING BACK QUALITY! Freshly Washed Hand Leafed Lettuce is KEY to what made their burgers so Amazing! Heck.. I didn't even mind that the burger patty was sooo paper thin, becuz the rest of the ingredients were so good and fresh tasting. read more

This place is never my go to. But it's close to home so it's convenient. Went through drive through. The girl taking my order was talking to the customer at the window at same time she's taking my order. I ordered a twin meal, 3 tacos and a coke float. She says it's $27. Get to window and the girl looks miserable. I pay with my card and she asked me if I wanted ketchup or hot sauce. I said, "both please". I had to ask her for my receipt because she never even offered it to me. Then I left. When I got home I see she gave me 2 kinds of ketchup but no hot sauce. I went back right away. I didn't say anything at the speaker. But I had to wait in the drive through line. When I got to the window the manager was already there. I told him what happened and he said, "it's because we don't have any hot sauce". So I told him the girl never said that and that I don't want the tacos and I want a refund for the tacos. He asks if I have the receipt. Like I didn't just go through the line and I'm not handing him the Bakers bag with the tacos. Like I could've been lying. I gave him the receipt. Then he looks it over and asks if I want a refund on only the tacos. I told him it was a waste of my time but I would be fine with refund on the tacos. He says, "well if you have the rest of the food we can refund that too". I told him it was at home. So then he closes the window and then comes back and asks for my card. Then he comes back with my card and receipt and says, "ok, here you go"". I told him, "you know, the fact that the girl never said anything about being out of the hot sauce and no apology from you either or anything. But what can you expect when you hire monkeys for peanuts". He says, "Have fun with your Yelp review and happy new year". So he obviously doesn't care that his team members suck at customer service. They learned from him. That's the last time I'm going there. Doubt they'll give 2 shits about that either. read more

Was skeptical, but surprisingly pretty good. Hard to find places both the wife and I will eat at.

Stopped by here at 1:48pm and the drive through was very busy. Walked into the counter to order. One girl looked at and said she'll take your order. No one ever took my order mean while 3 cars in the drive thru got their order. I know this because I saw the cars drive up to the menu and heard the drive their girl take the orders while I waited and got nothing. I left. Poor little me, I know. Went last night to try new "happy hour" menu. Love the items you choose for this! But.. please please please teach your employees how to be a lil more patient.. example.. I was paying cash, had my $20 in my hand & the coin in my other hand, before I could tell the cashier I had the exact change she had grabbed the $20 & closed the Drive-Thru window, I tapped on the window but no one heard me, she then opens the window with my change & I informed her I had the coin so I wouldn't have to deal with more change & she looked dumbfounded & didn't know what to do. At that point I just took the change she made & checked my order, which was wrong but I wasn't going to hold up the line at this point, it was already 930 & she had a line that was very long as it had been for awhile. I understand training & new employees but not knowing how to give change or learning customer service skills is maybe what is needed. The food is always spot on, let's work on customer service skills please. read more

Just one of the perks of living in the 9's (909/951) Bakers is some of the best fast food anywhere. I usually get the cheeseburger, fries and vanilla shake combo. I'd put that meal right up there with the best of them. Not naming names as I feel it's uncool to mentioned competitors in my reviews. That's how I roll. Way way better them the usual suspects. Just saying If you find yourself with a belly growl and you're east of the Prado Dam. Stop on in and snap up some good quick eats at Bakers. I can only vouch for the burgers, fries and shakes but I'll stand behind my review. read more

I went to Baker's a few days ago, I had to repeat the order a few times to the girl in the drive thru to make sure they got my order right. I wish I would have double checked before I left because sure enough once I got home I had the wrong order. I called the number on the receipt and it kept going to their corporate office and just told me to leave a voicemail. I couldn't go back the same day since it was 15 miles from home. I went back yesterday to tell them what happened and all the manager could same is you need to speak with corporate, we can't help you. I'm like seriously?!? You messed up and can't even say I'm sorry and just replace the two items you messed up on. I still haven't heard back from their corporate office. This is definitely the last time I eat here. read more
