Staff was friendly but I believe the food is responsible for making me ill. I would not go back to this location. The location was terribly busy and you could see the fall out of being busy behind the counter - dirty floors. This was a bit of a red flag for me but I was on the road traveling and didn't want to be delayed to find another location. The burger & chili fries I had was fine but I believe the ice cream in the root beer float was responsible for making me ill. The lobby area and restrooms were clean enough. I don't understand how you can wait in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru and your food is lukewarm. I would to think that is because they are short staffed, but it was this way before the pandemic. If I have to wait in extra long lines at least make sure my food is hot. read more

3/11/19 at approximately 5:50 pm I want to recognize Meghan for handling a very hostile customer. Meghan explained the item is not something that is served. Immediately the customer became irate and cussed at Meghan. Meghan explained twice the solution but only on the second time the customer realized that's what she wanted. Meghan was completely calm and never raised her voice. She never made a face and remained very friendly. In a world full of ugly she decided to be above it. It's been about 6 months since I went to Bakers and the whole menu was different, which didn't bother me. The thing that bothered me was the drive thru associate answered me with "um yeah what do you need?" I was so surprised especially since I knew this Bakers was always pretty good. She doesn't tell me my total or anything she just says I'll see you at the window. When I got my food it felt like pulling teeth requesting ketchup from this miserable woman. When I got home my burger and chili fries had absolutely no flavor and the meat on the chili fries looked like it was sitting for days so I was not happy. My girlfriends fries were cold and had no flavor on them as well and I requested a rice cup with no sauce so my daughter can eat and they flooded the cup with more sauce than rice.
