After contacting manufacturer, was given an idea of what the problem was with our oven and refered to their "authorized service dealer" (Whitehead). They (Whitehead) provided an initital estimate over the phone of 115 to 180 for total repairs based on Electrolux diagnosis. Charged 88 for the service call then said they needed to order the part (agreeging with diagnosis) which would run 145. Although slightly over original phone estimate price was accepted. 2 weeks later, call after call, they finally returned our call and said the part and service would cost an additional 288 dollars. Bringing the total repair cost to 376 !!!
