You fill out a paper on what you want on your sandwich , from different types of bread, toppings and cheese,.. The food was very fresh, loved that they use their own products for sandwiches. They have so many things to pick from biscuits and gravy, breakfast pies among other things they offer. Freashy baked bread, pastries. And even have a deli with different types of cold meats. And if your in the mood for ice cream they have that too. They have picked, veggies, eggs, jarred fruits, jams. Different types of cheeses , dips among other things s . I really had high hopes for this place, but it was honestly a little disappointing. The employees (teens I think) were far from friendly. Seems like maybe they just don't like having to work there. I bought wheat bread, the kind of pillowy soft bread that reminds me of my childhood. It made excellent sandwiches, but is a little too soft for toast. I also found some beautiful fresh pears that were perfectly ripe. They were delicious. Of the canned goods, I bought dill pickles, black cherry jam, peaches, and salsa. They were all just ok. I think I make better at home. The rest of the store had some somewhat cool pantry staples, but a TON of chemical laden processed foods. Just a lot of sugary junk loaded with palm oil or soy bean oil. Pretty disappointing. The pastries were pretty sad looking too. Overall, the pears and bread were good, but the place is not worth the 30 min drive to get there. read more

Amazing Amish market. Canned (pickled eggs, jams, veggies, and other great canned items), baked goods (the fresh donuts and cinnamon rolls are to die for). Delicious delicious, they also have beautifully handmade furniture and other items. Their deli sandwiches are huge and made fresh to order. You do not want to pass that up. Delicious just like everything else. They have a nursery with plants and flowers . They are so kind and the customer service is exceptional. You can catch them in their horse and buggies and in their handmade clothing. read more

Never shopped or eaten at the store, so this one star review is about the storage shed I purchased from them! Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship that was put into the building of the shed. I had to practically redo the very amateurish caulking inside the shed. A lot of the nails and screws missed their mark and were left visible inside and outside the shed. Some of the wood used is splitting and warped, including one of the doors where there is a gap at the top and bottom of the door. I have heard a lot about the Amish pride in quality of their work, but the shed I received was very substandard. read more

Cool little market just outside of Salmon, ID. It was a unique experience for us to see Amish people. Well, just one - it seems they were short staffed the day we went. Had to wait a long time to get service - but mistakes happen. Kids got a pie that they really liked. We got some jams and home canned goods. Upon arriving I was delighted by the sight of an Amish horse in the parking lot parked much like you would park a car. Inside the ladies were busy making food. The store is like an amazing version of food paradise. Most of the items are Amish made. The food was fabulous! I had the Italian sandwich and fresh guacamole. There are plenty of samples to try out. My favorite place! Stop by for the atmosphere and great people, but don't leave without getting a delicious deli sandwich or biscuits and gravy if you're there for breakfast. Their baked goods are to die for and they have a large assortment of Amish canned goods and locally grown produce. Sweet, friendly staff along with high quality items. You do pay a bit more shopping here but it's very much worth it. All of the traditional canned goods are delicious but I especially recommend the breads and whoopie pies (the only ones I've found outside of Ohio and Penn). There's also harder to find natural ingredients too which make it all the better. read more
