I love Peach Cobbler and Marita's makes a peach cobbler. The bakery also had a ton of cakes and pies including pecan and sweet potato. The peach cobbler was actually pretty good, right amount of sweetness, cinnamon and mixture of crust to peaches. The peaches tasted like canned peaches but not too bad. Although not the best peach cobbler I've had. It isn't bad and is definitely better than a frozen cobbler or store bought cobbler. With two staff members behind the register, the line actually moved pretty quickly. During our visit, there was a limited time promotion where you could purchase two pieces of cubed garlic bread for a discount. In addition to these two pieces of garlic bread , we also picked up a HK style pineapple bun. The garlic bread's exterior was crunchy, was very aromatic and not too oily. The pineapple bun had a nice crunchy shell on top, and the brioche was soft and fluffy. Good quality products at this Sheng Kee Bakery. I wouldn't mind stopping by again to pick up some bread for an afternoon snack.

Brittany's specials are custom made cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Not only she had samples of her cookies, but also she was selling her huge cookies. The flavors were milk chocolate chip, dark chocolate chip and vanilla. The sample cookie I had was the dark chocolate chip. I enjoyed the sample very much that it convinced me to purchase two dark chocolate cookies to show my support for a black owned business. My belief is supporting a black owned business is giving back to the black community. Since my male companion likes dark chocolate and was not at this event, I bought the cookies for him.
