Shrimp and REAL CRAB over noodles.
    Emily P.

Checkout and follow @chillfactoryinc on IG to get the inside scoop! Really enjoyed this experience. Location on the day I went was right by a planet fitness. Ample parking and easy to access. It's a food truck so there wasn't seating, but it's exactly what I expected. Chef is friendly and gave generous portions. Asked him what he would recommend and it sounds like everything is fuego. Im defiantly coming back and recommend you try this food truck. Food was a bit salty for my pallet but not enough to deter me from coming again! Next time I will be sure to grab chefs recommended lemonade.

Was looking for food nearby and stumbled on this food truck. Checked out their IG and shoot! They're open! We each got a seafood garlic noodle plate. I thought it was a little salty, but that's just my taste preference. Very friendly guys, order came out in about 10 mins, good portions. Would stop by again.

You have to really try this food truck and support him!! I have waited for a while to finally taste this food !!! Delicious and he takes his time to make every meal fresh!!! He was polite and very generous with his servings !!!! From the food to the drinks I would DEFINITELY!!!! The only thing I can say is that the rice was a bit sweet for me but this wouldn't keep me from coming back ..I Say go on his Instagram to check out his updated menu and when he's in the town !!!!

I love chill factory ! He is a black chef that caters to the 510 and 209 area ( Oakland / Stockton ) He's not as active on yelp but you can follow his Instagram @chillfactoryinc HE CATERS AS WELL ! Find his contact on his page @chillfactoryinc I met him a few years ago . He has a truck ! He used to come though with the ice cream truck music ! I heard him one day and came out to get my daughter some ice cream but little did we know he was serving food as well ! That was 3 years ago !!! I've ordered from him plenty of times ! It's just him in his truck but he aims to give the best quality food out of his truck ! On this particular day ( 3 days ago ) I pulled up ( he usually is parked on 107th and Mac in Oakland from 12-5 ) I got the fried garlic Parmesan truffle prawns and garlic fries ! It's so flavorful and seasoned ! Grandma approved :) she always eats some of mines . And everything is made fresh to order ! I watched him but he also lets you know when ordering ! Fresh cut fries , everything battered and fried right there no frozen premade food ! His menu varies by day ! Garlic noodles with fried lobster tail , loaded baked potatoes ! The list goes on ! If you like to support local business and still want good quality I'd recommend stopping by his truck ! He's in Oakland on the weekends AGAIN 107th and MAC ! He always makes blended drinks as well ! Perfect for people on the go or just want some well cooked fresh seasoned food real quick ! Stop spending money on fast food and support people that give you fresh food !

Service has been pretty good most times we've come here. I would say they're super enthusiastic but they're attentive and friendly enough. They do fried food pretty well. I really like their fried oysters and wings. The raw oysters are pretty decent too. I usually do their combo 1 ( you pick 2 different seafoods, 1 pound each) and it comes with some potatoes, corn and sausage. I like their atomic sauce which is kinda like the whole shebang. I have an okay spice tolerance and I can usually handle between mild to medium. Sometimes the sauce can be a little on the salty side but nothing some lemon can't fix. Be sure to pay for parking if you park in the lot!

Our server checked on us once during the entire dinner. The game was on so some of them were paying to that instead. As someone who worked in hospitality, and still works with clients directly, the standard wasn't met. No pic taken, but i ordered the combo 1 which has 1 lb shrimp, 1 lb clams, 2 corn, 2 potatoes, and 4 sausages, all for $36. That's actually a great price, however, the sauce is too chunky in my opinion, and that shrimp was overcooked... it was stiff to the bite. This was my second time here and i thought maybe I'll give it a try and my first time was just bad timing... it happened again.. but for the price, it's not bad.

Our waiter, Alex, was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel seamless. I kicked things off with a glass of bubbles (prosecco with peach schnapps), paired with their seafood arancini--crispy, flavorful risotto balls filled with crab and scallops, served over fresh bruschetta-style tomatoes. Such a great start. For the entrée, we had the seafood fettuccine, loaded with lobster, scallops, crab, and shrimp in a rich, creamy champagne sauce--decadent and perfectly balanced. The bread service was also a highlight: focaccia and Kalamata olive bread served with olive oil and balsamic for dipping. To finish, I had an espresso martini alongside a creamy crème brûlée topped with a buttery shortbread cookie--an ideal ending to an already incredible meal. Everything about this experience was spot on. I can't wait to come back!

Ribeye with Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes, Chimichurri Roasted Vegetables, Italian Gorgonzola, Garlic & Herb Butter was good but way under cooked. Filet Mignin with Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes, Citrus Glazed Asparagus, Caramelized Shallot & Woodford Reserve Reduction was good and cooked perfectly. King Cut Prime Rib with Loaded Baked Potato, Chimichurri Vegetables, Au Jus & Fresh Horseradish was good seasoned well but over cooked. I wish they would of came and told me that they didn't have anymore medium rare cuts, instead of just bringing me a medium well piece. It still had a little red in the middle but not what I wanted. From prime rib its easy to tell that you are out of a medium rare cut. Its hard to send back when the people you are with has their food and you cant make them wait. That is the reason for the 3 stars!!!
