If you could have seen how excited we were, I'm sure y'all would've laughed. We were absolutely ecstatic! And guess what? The food definitely lived up to our expectations! I ordered the jalapeño and cheese sausage sandwich with Mac and cheese and a sweet tea. Hubby ordered the sausage plate with the same side and drink as me. OMGGGG. It hit the freaking spot in my stomach that has so missed having bbq food, thank you JESUS! We ended up popping the trunk and enjoying our lunch in the shade right there in the parking lot (socially distanced of course). The weather today was perfect for a trunk picnic.
