Beware of letting your high school kids work for this creep. My grandson worked for him for 2 years. With graduation coming and my grandson being college bound, this man treated him horribly! Came here cause i like pizza and wanted something other than pizza hut or dominos. Did the buffet, they have quite a nice selection of pizzas, salad, hot wings, pasta, and even dessert. My husband and I live in Plano TX but visit family especially his mum in Graham every 2 week and Potters Pizza has never disappointed us. The pizza is fresh and original they have the best pizza in town and a lot more surrounding areas. The salad bar is also amazing the pickled orkra is so nice. Decent food and awesome service. The hostess Katelyn who greeted us also refilled drinks and bussed tables. She was a busy bee for sure. Very professional and friendly. This restaurant plays good contemporary Christian music so your kids don't have to hear the vile garbage peddled by today's country, pop, an hip-hop "artists" As far as the food goes, the pizza sauce is tangy rather than a sweet sauce, toppings were really good, salad bar was very fresh, and the wings were ok too. Went after soccer game with over 40 people. They Manager was very rude and jumped 2 of the parents for moving a table. Just a weird overall attitude from the manager. Staff were helpful after we finally got seated but the food was not great for the price. Prices were higher than advertised on the menu and when we asked why they stated that the Prices increased 6 months ago but menus hasn't been changed to reflect the new prices. Overall, overpriced and unfriendly manager and we probably won't be back. read more

We got the buffet with salad bar...the staff were all really friendly..they asked if there was a specific pizza we would like them to make for the buffet...all of the food was really fresh..the salad bar had a wide variety. I really like their choice of music..and everything seemed really clean. If we lived closer I'd definitely visit more often. read more

Walked into the restaurant, server didn't explain it was buffet. Salad was good and pizza was ok. Restaurant needs some deep cleaning. I looked up and saw dead bugs in the lighting. The food at Potter's is nothing to complain about. It's delicious, they are quick, and and it seems fresh. It's a very good restaurant to go to for pizza and panini sandwiches. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the owners. They seem very arrogant, and have said rude things to other business owners in Graham. Dakota Sullivan was the most inconsiderate rude person that I met. He I guess is a dishwasher but he came by us and was making rude jokes and comments. Will not go back. I knew him from Sears and Bueno, why they would hire him I have no idea. He got way to personal and was an outright asshole. This place used to be a great family place now it's going down.Will be telling people about this experience and not to bring their families here. I brought it up to him and he laughed and said if I had an issue I don't have to eat there and to leave. Look out for him, he has red short hair and a red gotee.
