I've seen this place on my FYP on TikTok and came a week after they opened, as I was intrigued by their cookie in a tub. You can't eat inside but there are outside tables and chair you can sit at. The kitchen looked clean and organized. The overall service was pretty good; all 3 employees in the store acknowledged me when I entered and the young lady helping me out was a very kind and patient. She understood it was my first time here, told me some of the most popular items, and answered all my questions. I told her that I wanted that viral cookie in a tub thing and she knew exactly what I wanted (which was the scoop-a-bowl cookie) and was quick to get started on my order. Though I can tell she was still new or at least learning as she had trouble creating the swirl from the ice cream machine and the other employee had to help an assist her. Now here's my 3-start review. I only got one thing, the scoop-a-bowl cookie, however, it was $17...with tax and tip it came out to be almost $23. FOR A COOKIE! As much I would love to be a returning customer, I don't think I'll be back. Not just because of the price but also the taste and the ice cream to cookie ratio. Honestly, if it was a better tasting cookie and ice cream I'll justify the price but neither was good. The cookie was served warm, had plenty of melted chocolate chips, but it tasted off, like was definitely missing something...cinnamon?, nutmeg?, vanilla?, salt?... almost like it has no flavor. It was just warm. The ice cream is a basic vanilla, nothing really a good or special about it, very forgettable. It was least favorite thing. Also it melted so unbelievably fast, where it fully encompassed the whole cookie and the tub, making the cookie too mushy and almost inedible. My ratio was almost too much ice cream. Though the portion was decently sized, I would wish for a better cookie to ice cream ratio. If I were to make a few suggestions, perhaps a divider between the ice cream and the cookie to not only help with the ratio but also so it doesn't negatively affect the integrity of the cookie. Also enhance the flavor of the cookie with cinnamon, espresso, and/or higher quality butter. Lower the price, that cookie in a tub should not be almost $20, maybe $13-$15 and have at least two options like a small portion and a bigger portion. It was just me getting myself a sweet treat, and it was way too much. read more

I didn't expect the cookie to be sealed I thought it would be hard or stale but honestly it was very chewy and tasted fresh. I don't know if I agree with the pricing of a $5 cookie but it was good and I would recommend to at least try it. Staff was super friendly when I walked in. I've been wanting to try bake in Vegas since seeing posts a couple years ago on social media but never got a chance to...until now. Saw on instagram that there was a location opening in Riverside and immediately placed an order online. Originally I had ordered a 4 pack of their chewy cookies (2 Dubai, 1 s'mores and 1 ube) and a no chip cookie, but received an email saying to call about my order status. I was informed that they're currently in soft opening and they don't have their full menu yet, so I opted for 4 Dubai chewy cookies and a no chip cookie. My order was ready when I arrived, and service was great. The location took the place of the cookie co, which I was told recently went out of business here and in Tempe, Arizona; and bake is in the process of opening there as well. The no chip cookie was soft in the middle and a little chewy on the outside, very buttery; pretty much a sugar cookie. The Dubai chewy cookie ($10 each!) has a soft mochi like outer layer and a crunchy pistachio-kataifi paste inside. It was a rich, sweet indulgent treat! read more

My friends and I had seen the adds for Bake on social media and were super excited to try it! When we got there, we were greeted right away and the people behind the counter were extremely nice and helpful! They explained portion sizes, ingredients, prices, and any modifications we could or couldn't make. We got our stuff fairly quickly even though they had a small rush -- which is always great! Everything tasted really fresh! It seems like they might bake the cookies earlier in the day, so if you go closer to closing, they might not be as fresh. They also have plenty of seating outside to enjoy your sweet treats! Between the three of us, we got the cookies and cream cup, the Dubai chocolate strawberries, and the mango sticky rice. Everything tasted good! While everything was good, there are a couple reasons I give it 4/5 stars. First, we thought it was a little pricey for the quantity of the food. Also, we noticed that the portions for the mango sticky rice were kind of small (especially considering their social media post making it seem like you'd get much more). They did inform us that they just barely had enough rice for us, so that's fine. However, they cut a fresh mango and it seemed like there was hardly any mango on our plate. Lastly, the cookies and cream was more white chocolate than it was Oreo -- which is not necessarily bad, but we aren't really fans of white chocolate. Written with my sugared-up seven-year old, Rocco Mata-Monks: Bake is so good. I loved it! It is probably the best dessert shop in the world. I am addicted to Bake. Their kataifi is so good, it blows my mind off and my mom's. I am surprised we don't see hummingbirds buzzing around the shop because the hummingbirds decided that the cookies are even more amazing than the flowers and the nectar they found outside in the meadows of California. Also the cookies are so good it blows my car up. We had to take the bus home. Good thing we had the best cookies to share with the bus driver. He let us ride for free because we shared the cookies, but then it blowed his BUS UP. So then he goed wherever we goed. So then we all decided to take the train. But it will be another two years until the train is built. So instead we decided we had to just walk, but then it blowed the whole universe up beceps every Bake in the world because they were so powerful.
