The facility was clean. No weird smells like some of these reviews have said. The cashier was friendly. I ordered a bowl with steak. It was overall okay. The steak wasn't the best quality. It was kind of mushy honestly. But the veggies, rice, beans & salsa I had with it was bomb. I love that dark salsa and chips they have' I was craving it. Located at the Marketplace with ample parking! Attended an event to try out some classic menu items. My husband ordered the carnitas quesadilla (seperate from the event). The cheese and carnitas in the quesadilla were delicious and flavorful! Loved the guacamole and sour scream that accompanied the quesadilla. Next, I tried a trio of classic street tacos: steak, chicken, and carnitas. The carnitas was my favorite as the meat was seasoned perfectly, the steak was my next favorite seasoned well, and the chicken was my least favorite. The chicken needs more seasoning in my opinion. Next item we received was the cheese quesadilla! Quality cheese and perfect cheese pull. The sour cream that accompanies the quesadilla is creamy and delicious. The next items we received were the chicken Taquitos, rice and beans. I love the Taquitos as they were perfectly crispy and flavorful. The rice was flavorful yet the rice was undercooked. The last item we received was the churros. Perfectly doughy, soft, and warm! Highly suggest getting the churro. I can't wait to come back and try out more menu items. One note: the dining room was full this day and perhaps that contributed to the overall temperature yet the space was hot. Would like to have been a bit cooler to enjoy the delicious food. Came in when it was super busy and looked like only two people were working. Long line of customers and lots of calls, but they kept their cool and got it done. Food was great (crispy Diablo burrito was very tasty!), but the service was the best part - especially given the circumstances. There are new menu items now like their version of a Texas hot chicken taco and burrito. However, I stuck with an oldie but goodie, the Baja Ensalada. Greens were fresh and plenty of chicken. Absolutely rude. he disrespected the staff (a young girl) in front of the customers even pointing his finger in the cashier girls face. If y'all want an amazing combination, get a chicken quesadilla, rice, street corn, and a root beer. I have to admit, the beans and chips are not good, but that's my only complaint. This was my first time trying Baja Fresh. My burrito was interesting. I ordered the Sea of Cortez. The fish and shrimp were great. But the mango salsa really overpowered all the flavors in the burrito. The burrito itself was a nice size, but I also found that as I reached about half way, it began to fall apart being that it was so saturated. The salsas that came along side the burrito were again, just ok. Not really packing much flavor or heat. Considering the meal was over 13 dollars, I probably would not order it again. read more

I am a big Baja Fresh fan, I was so happy to see that this location turned out to be such a good one too! I have been here several times now and I have zero complaints. The food is always good and consistent. I like that you can order ahead on the app if you choose or, just go right on in and place that order. The staff is always friendly and will take care of your order properly. It had been a while since I had been to a Baja Fresh that was so regularly consistent with the quality of the food too. Always get the same all Rice with shrimp tacos , I do not like cabbage so I always say no cabbage, come with 2 tacos an bean an rice but of course loving rice I got all rice , one taco only had 2 Shrimp but the other had 8 shrimp. This was a GREAT burrito but probably more than I needed to eat in one sitting. But it was so good I devoured the whole thing!! They offer three levels of heat salsa at thier salsa bar, I tried the mild, and and both mediums, but couldn't bring myself to try the hot. All three I tried were really good!!
