I recently purchased a BD Onx6+ 40" light bar from Baja Designs. On initial inspection it looked like good quality. However after wiring it up would just blow fuses. Baja Designs sent me a label and I mailed it back to them. When I received it back it functioned as it should. There was a small part (X1 component) that went out on the circuit board that caused the failure. I have been reassured by Cole (BD customer service) that this problem should not happen again and that BD will stand behind their products with a robust lifetime warranty. I look forward to getting this light bar out into the desert and lighting up the night.

This company exemplifies the important distinction between COST and VALUE. It matters less what the product costs you compared to the VALUE the product brings you. Their lights are practically overbuilt for civilian purposes. I tried to save money in the past on other vehicles using off-brand internet LEDs and HIDs. One cheap brand ended up costing me more money than I would have spent if I would have just purchased a high-quality light bar due to the damage the faulty mounting hardware caused my truck and the remediation efforts it entailed. Baja Designs makes an unbeatable product and their customer support and warranty is even more impressive. They don't need to offer this level of quality in their products and their warranty, but they do, and that is worth paying more for. In the long-run, a quality product is cheaper than a cheap one. And they are local too. My dogs and I had an unexpectedly good time meeting their staff last week. Every single employee was super friendly and seemed to really enjoy working there. It seems like an amazing company to work for. Love this company, their products, and their people. Video demo of the new lights in action: https://youtube.com/shorts/Ge3U08nI9BU?feature=share

Baja Designs lights are absolutely amazing! I have these Squadron Pro's on my Tundra (wow what a difference when driving), then I decided to add Baja Designs Lights to my Can Am (off road vehicle) words can't describe the difference when driving in the desert. Thank you to Jeff Jaramillo and Diego Land!!

Are they going to honor this ....????

I don't know how to start this review, maybe because I have seen good reviews and the customer service with these people is very different, based on the fact that they can easily spend money, but for the average worker it is more difficult for us to be able to spend that money and this is just my point of view or what happened to me in Baja Design it was easy for me to call and ask for prices, maybe they did not expect a person like me, since the economic situation is a bit difficult, but it takes time A year to save money to buy something of good quality. Call the phone number 1800-422-5292 which is customer service. A very friendly receptionist attended me, and she transferred me to a seller whose name I don't remember, I told her what I needed and she gave me a price of 1,310 dlls. I was happy because it fit my budget perfectly. When I arrived, Jeffrey and the Yes, he gave me an estimate of 1,716 dlls and I told him that I came from Chula Vista and that they had given me an estimate of 1,310 dlls. He told me that he was going to check, I waited almost 1 hour in this process and I told the receptionist that I had to go because I was busy, and she told me that Jeffrey would contact me, I was busy all day and I did not receive any calls from Baja Design, I called them at 5:15 pm and they put me through to the person who had answered me on Thursday and told me that he could not give me that price because he was wrong if he tried to give me a discount, but it was not the The price he had given me did not keep his word, which makes me wonder if I am going to buy some leds with him right now. They did not keep their word, what will happen the moment they fail where their guarantee is that they sell you the best quality and have a lifetime guarantee, they are really going to keep their promise......

baja designs lights have a very high failure rate. there is no tech support, no customer support, and really no sales support. As far as I can tell Anthony is the solitary employee working those departments, and he is also the one that handles shipping issues. I have high-end custom Baja design lights that start at about $5000 and go up. I also have four pods. and a long list of whites on numerous other vehicles that have all failed. This occurs for different reasons, but the most recent problems are their harnesses which appear to be in adequate to handle the amperage of these larger lights. They do not answer the phone. It does not matter if you leave a message, or if you ask for a call back, or if you wait in line. And when you finally get through only suggestion is to box up all of your lights and ship them back so they can check everything. They are shipping has not worked out well for me over the years and I have in general got used to waiting months longer than their estimate. I understand there is now some competition coming out for these high-end laser lights. I am going to go elsewhere with my business going forward and I suggest you do the same thing. The Onyx lights have all failed. As well as their LP 6and LP 9 lights. when I explained to Anthony that I had no other recourse other than leaving an appropriate accurate review. I was encouraged to do so, so bere is the first.

This is a great place for off road equipment. Their website based business is well organized and as good as it gets. I recommend them.

Ask the Community - Baja Designs

Do they have a shop to work on vehicles? I am interested in installing light on my honey badger bumper from ADD on my tacoma trd pro.

Sorry, we do not offer installation services or shop space. We recommend Bent Motorsports or ORW for local installations.

The staff were amazing and the light bar is super high quality, and in my opinion the best on the market.

I worked with Kevin who I found honest, fair and upfront. I felt zero pressure, but only the willingness of Kevin to assist in me making the right choice that is good for me. He showed his extensive experience, dedication and care. Once a decision on the motorcycle was made (2022 KTM 390 Duke), and the finance was addressed (by him), then Marc from Sales provided me the guidance on the motorcycle and professionally answered all my technical questions. Kevin assisted in the delivery of the motorcycle to my location. It should be noted that I came with a plan to review other makes and visit other dealerships, but with Kevin and Marc I knew that I will buy my motorcycle at this dealership. So based on this special experience, I highly recommend NCY Motorsport, their trustworthiness, fair prices and their high level of service. It was a true pleasure working with this 'A Team'! Thank you!!!

The staff were super friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about motorcycles. You can tell they really care about the brand and the riders who walk through the door. I used to own a Triumph Speed Triple, and it was an awesome machine. Triumph has always had that perfect mix of British character, performance, and style. Walking through the showroom brought back great memories. That said, I have to admit -- the MV Agustas they had there... wow. Absolute speed machines from hell. The design is insane, honestly even more striking than most Ducatis. Pure motorcycle art. Great bikes, great people, great atmosphere. If you're into serious machines and legendary brands, this is definitely a place you want to visit. One love.

I wanted to establish a relationship with a local Ducati dealer, found Moto Forza and asked them to…read morereplace a fuel level sensor on my bike . I dropped the bike off with Quentin, the service manager. I requested additional scope: powder coating rear subframe, the brake calipers, and installation of rearsets I had previously purchased. Quentin said 'powder coating was 3-5 days and he would "get the bike on the schedule" to install right after that. A week had passed, and asked Quentin to call the powder coater to get an update but with a sigh and then a long pregnant pause which I interpreted as his annoyance at my request. I never received an update and I think it was another 10-15 days. I requested an updated estimate several times from Quentin as to when the bike was scheduled to be completed, but again I only got a pregnant pause and then an annoyed and dismissive "I don't know...I'll call you when it's done" I reached out to Balz and explained during our call that the bike had been in the service department for nearly 8 weeks and I asked could anything be done to get it expedited sooner ro come pick it up. Balz just referred me back to Quentin. "I have one of my guys working on it with his extra time between other projects. I don't know when it wil be done but I wil call you when it's ready". I'm sorry, but that is not what "on the schedule" means. Another week passed, so I called and Michele in finance answered the phone. She said Quentin wasn't in and wouldn't be back until the following Tuesday, so another weekend would pass. Michele offered to step in. I called Quentin on Tuesday and he clearly sounded annoyed and said he was aware of my call to Michele and to Balz to complain, but I could come pick it up the next day. At pickup, I really started putting it through its paces on the ride home through the curves and heavy high speed traffic The next day, I was doing some work and leaning down to put some new decals on the bike and I immediately noticed that one of the brake caliper bolts was missing on the right front caliper which had fallen over and leaning against the brake disc. The other bolts on the left caliper I was able to loosen bolts as well with just my fingers. This sent a cold chill up my spine considering the real danger I was in on the aggressive drive home that evening and the thought that I might have an accident that left my 13yo Son without a Father. Quentin said the mechanic adamantly remembered torquing down the bolts on the brake calipers and that they would send "someone" to get the bike . I immediately became paranoid that my bike could have been sabotaged, so out of caution I called to make a report with SD Sherriff's Department about what was happening without making any official accusations until there was additional evidence to support , but just so there was a record of what happened should there be a need to escalate further I told Quentin not to come to my house or for him personally to interact with my bike when it arrived in the service department, so I loaded the bike onto my trailer myself the next day and when I arrived to Moto Forza, I spoke with the manager and Michele (who seemed visibly shaken and upset about me being there, even though I had only spoken to everyone in a calm and respectful tone the whole time). The manager suddenly took an aggressive tone with me and told me that they weren't going to work on my bike anymore and told me to leave. I said I wanted to speak to Balz and that I would not leave, but I would leave if they called the police and I received a formal trespass notice so that I had documentation entered into the legal system in addition to the report I had already made previously to SD Sherriff's department. So we did that and I left as I said I would. This all happened in the last 48hrs, but I honestly hope we eventually can rule out sabotage as a possibility, but I would think that Moto Forza would want to work closely with me in any case to determine the real root cause of what happened here and prevent it from happening in my again. It could have been something as easily correctable as an issue requiring retraining of the mechanic to verify and write down recorded torque readings on the work performed. I can't say honestly because Moto Forza doesn't seem to want to investigate this to prevent any similar incidents from happening to other customer getting work done in Moto Forza's service department. Has anyone else had an experience like this with Moto Forza? I am new to San Diego, so please reply and let's see what we can do to make sure riders don't get hurt or killed in the future. I attached here a short video of my brakes. I sent a message to Balz yesterday and offered to sit down with him to try and figure out what happened here. Please do the right thing here, Balz, and let's get this figured out as two civilized Men.
