The fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly, moist and flaky, paired with coconut rice and a very fresh salad. I tried a sample of everything from the Bandeja Paisa, all of it was well executed. A few margaritas and a couple of mojitos helped liven up the celebration, and our server remained very attentive throughout the evening. I did notice that every other guest throughout the evening appeared to be of Colombian descent, always a sign that you have found the authentic version of the traditional food. Definitely a place that you should try.
