We were struggling to sort thru what to do about a difficult cancer diagnosis, and having severe…read morehealth issues from all the stress. We reached out to Noble to see if their Palliative Care service might be helpful. Oh boy was it! They were very quick to get in touch and Sarah got a sense of what was going on, and helped with some initial calming and support (which was much needed at the time and had a real impact). Then we had a few more meetings with Nadine who we can't thank enough for all of her support and caring. They both made a real difference when we needed it most. They helped calm our thinking, and boost our emotional strength, resilience. They helped us settle down, become less confused and stressed out, and that allowed us to deal with the situation, to do what we needed to make tough decisions and get thru some very hard times. If they hadn't been there to help, our lives would have gone sideways more than once. The impact they had on us may well have saved my life. The default path we were heading down when we reached out to them had a hidden life-threatening risk that we likely wouldn't have avoided. Being able to find our way to a better path made a huge difference. For anyone considering Noble, I can tell you from our experience, these folks are wonderful! I am keeping their name & number because I can't see ever working with anyone else. Thank you, Noble. The people here are absolutely the best!

Considering the amount this company makes billing insurance and/or ESA accounts, I expected a larger establishment or at least multiple gyms to better accommodate children. Another issue is that occupational therapy and physical therapy sessions take place in the same small room, which can be overwhelming and distracting for kids. I also highly recommend parents go back with their child, because I've overheard therapists say things like, "I know you don't want to go back to mom but our time is almost done." That was disappointing to hear, especially since that particular therapist once had such positive energy and tone. Additionally, I've witnessed therapists on their phones during sessions. One therapist was on her phone so long that my daughter mistook it for screen time. Another was pushing a child on a swing while scrolling on her phone. To be fair, I have seen some very positive and dedicated therapists here, but unfortunately they are mixed in with others who seem far too comfortable and disengaged. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but as a parent I feel exhausted and disheartened with the quality of care in DDD services. Vulnerable children and families deserve better.

One of the greatest things that I like about this business is they don't just have you do exercises and then say goodbye. They will do massage and then they ice your injury for you. The three techs there at the time were really cool folks and worked their magic getting me back up and running. I thought I'd check them out today about getting some more flexability, etc in my old body...It did not go well. They ask me intially and today do I have insurance and I said I would just rather pay cash. So on their forms they wrote no insurance. I,looking over the forms, wrote in I do have insurance I just prefer to pay cash. Sometimes insurance is just not worth piddling with. When I get to the front counter with their forms, they saw my corrections and asked 'you do have insurance?' I'm say yes I do have insurance I just prefer to pay cash for this. Then she starts with 'well if you have insurance we can't give you the pay cash rate which is $80 per session. We'd have to charge you a lot more like $300 a session.' Of course I asked why? She just said I wanna pay cash and I have insurance they have to charge me more. That makes no sense. So I said 'I lie to you and tell you I have no insurance it's $80 but since I corrected your form and told you the truth that I do have insurance, I just prefer to pay cash, now you're saying it's not $80 it'll be $300+? Make that make sense. I look at her and I say so if I lie to you it'll be $80? She says well now she knows I have insurance so it's be the $300+ if I still want to pay cash. By now I'm tweakin'. I never said I don't have insurance. I simply said I'll pay cash the entire time from the initial conversation forward. But since I was honest and corrected their form to say I do have insurance but I still prefer to pay cash, now they're saying it's $300 a visit or use my insurance. I ask why and she shrugged the ole 'I dunno'. I stood there perplexed trying to figure out are they trying to scam me or scam the insurance? If $80 bucks is ok as a cash payment, it should be ok for everyone. I told her to shred my forms and walked out. If you have a policy and can't explain it to the consumer, that's a bullshit policy.

One of my daughters had worked on the "K" sound for months at a different facility. After the first session here, I saw the improvement and she nailed it by the second session. They love to come to their sessions and it's an exciting event for them, they look forward to seeing their therapist. We have now been attending a few months and I see the outstanding improvement in their speech development and growth. Front desk is very responsive and always available. I love the decor themes they promote each month. It has been a wonderful experience to learn techniques and strategies to help our girls. We also receive session debriefs and play activities to practice at home.

They supported and encouraged me to attend graduate school and always cheered me on along the way. They have different areas therapists can work in such as in the school setting, home health, and in the clinic and they make every attempt to place a therapist as close to their house as possible. RZT also has great perks such as providing health care, dental, vision, money towards CEUS, and extra opportunities to make earn extra money by supervising (if you're a SLP) or by picking up extra home health clients. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I would have continued working for them if I wasn't moving out of state.

The last few years with the whole pregnancy thing, and new twins has been packed with dr. visits, surgeries, pre ops, post ops, eye appointments.. so many visits!! We have had some good experiences with front offices, but mostly bad. It's probably a 1 out of 10 good experience ratio we are talking here. My experience with the Nelson Pediatric Therapy office was easily the best I have had when dealing with healthcare. Clarysa in Records is who I have coordinated with the most, and she is rad. Super responsive.. calls me, emails me.. She makes sure all my questions are answered. She kicks butt at her job, and my life is a little easier for it. Nelson is blessed to have her, and if the treatment is any reflection of how their front office is run, then I will be satisfied. Also, Wendy with Billing helped me out with some insurance stuff too and she, like Clarysa was on top of it. I will update after we have had therapy.. but so far, this place is excellent.
