I love the Hunkapi Programs. They have done so much to help my boys. Even with them being far from our home, it is worth the drive.

They offer multiple ways to visit, including the self-guided audio tour, Behind-The-Scenes tour, Apprentice Shelters Hike, Golden Hour Sunset Hike, Sonoran Desert Plant Hike and Tasting. The most popular visitation experience is through the self-guided audio tour, which my partner and I opted for on a Sunday morning during their last slot at 10:45am and purchased the additional matching card set. We parked in the small, gravel parking lot out front, walked to the gift shop entrance to start our audio tour. Since we were about 15 minutes late, we were advised to start a few stations into the tour and follow through until its completion. While it's clearly outlined on its website to bring your own earphones, we forgot to, but we were provided with equipment to borrow. We also downloaded the app for listening. This day was particularly hot, so we opted to skip over the outside stations and instead listen to their tour while sitting in the inside stations. The site in general is not very air-conditioned, although some stations do have some air-conditioning. I would highly recommend bringing an umbrella to shade from the sun as well as a hat and handheld personal fan. The experience speaks for itself. But I'd recommend it for anyone in the area with free time in the morning and an appreciation for art.

Firefly was busy and there was a pop-up outside at the time of my visit. The interior is vibey and has a great ambiance. There are plenty of seating. They also have a small market with local goods for sale. The staff greeted me when I made it to the counter. I ordered an iced firefly glow latte, which is one of their house specials. It comes with espresso, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, sea salt, and Jigsaw collagen boost. The collagen boost adds 8g of protein, which is a nice addition. I really enjoyed the drink. My go-to order is a honey cinnamon latte, and the firefly glow is basically the same with some fun additions. I also purchased a half gallon of local raw milk for my teenage son. He's been on a raw milk kick and was very grateful when I brought it home. I would definitely return!

The flavors of the Holy Kakow are what's really inconsistent and often lacking for me. I've tried a few lattes and I can confidently say the Holy Kakow just tastes kind of bunk... unless we have a washing mishap between bottle refills or frothing pitchers/cups. I tried an iced americano with the orange and it was amazing but the pumpkin, caramel apple, and pecan tasted...soapy? If at all possible, I wish Firefly would make their flavors in house or switch brands because the flavors over power the organic, mold free, high quality that we're going for in a really negative way :(

We sat in section 111, right behind home plate. We purchased food throughout the game and felt the prices were consistent with other ball parks. My only complaint is that vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are very limited and it's challenging to find food info on their website. I recommend eating ahead if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

I will premise with: I have no clue about baseball, I played rugby and a bit of cricket, so made a total fool of myself but walked away laughing at my ineptitude ;). The event was well worth the prices, there were some vintners I 'knew' from the different events I've been attending the last couple months. The ambiance and vibe was chill, everyone was chatting and milling around, checking out vendors and tasting wines, and there were food trucks serving pizza and gyros. I would have liked some offerings of food inside the venue, but I did get some delicious plant based cupcakes with really good frosting. The whole evening was chill, we sat at a table then went to sit out on the bleachers for a bit more breeze. Very enjoyable event, we'll definitely come back for the next one.

I have an appreciation for what is called slow food - taking special care in preparing wholesome soul nourishing meals for family and friends. I requested charcuterie platters and wanted the bacon wrapped dates as the signature item. All my guests were so impressed by the beautiful setup with flowers, carved fruit, and incredibly tasty foods. The reception was stated as setting a new level of post ceremony mingling with handcrafted snacks. My foodie soul was completely fulfilled by the wonderfully decorated table scape and delectable spread, especially the bacon wrapped dates! I had heard about The Hive in another city and finally made the trek over while in Scottsdale -- honestly not even sure what to expect. Gym? Recovery lounge? Wellness spa? We low-key expected a hole-in-the-wall situation... absolutely not. This place is straight-up luxury. Think elite fitness club meets high-end wellness center with a super cool aesthetic, moody lighting, multiple curated spaces, café vibes, retail, recovery zones -- the whole experience feels intentional and elevated from the moment you walk in. And it's not just trendy wellness fluff either -- they've got legit medical-grade recovery tech (PEMF, HOCATT, hormone replacement therapy, vagus nerve treatments ,therma lounge , many advanced therapies beyond your typical IV drip setups). The gym itself? Top-tier imported Panatta equipment from Italy -- serious fitness folks know how rare that is even in bougie gyms. Towels already placed on cardio machines, never overcrowded, thoughtful details everywhere. Add in açaí bowls, protein shakes, wellness services, retail... it's honestly next-level. Bonus: they offer a 7-day pass which makes it easy to experience everything. Came curious, left impressed -- definitely one of the most elevated fitness/wellness spaces I've visited.
