I was having problems with my camper refrigerator so Brandon in Service had me bring it by on Friday afternoon. As busy as they are, I assumed I would need to leave it and pay a lot in labor hours later. The Service Manager Jeremy had his Techs Ray and Brian go ahead and take a look at it. After checking several things out, they found that there was only a bad electrical connection and so they fixed it and the fridge came right on. Jeremy did not charge me for service and I was on my way. We bought a brand-new RV. Signed our paperwork (which was submitted to the bank with the wrong dates making a payment due 3 weeks after purchase), repairs not completed correctly, some not even completed at all. Service manager called over a week after looking for measurements for things she supposedly had already ordered. They used staples all over the ceiling leaving holes in paneling of a brand new trailer. The bathroom door fell off before even arriving back home. So basically we are now paying for a trailer that we couldn't even use and had to tow back up to sit until they can get the things done. The sales manager was rude on the phone. The finance guy was very nice, and salesman was very nice, but I would not recommend purchasing from Bailey Toliver. When you pay that much for a new (not used) trailer you should be able to go right out and enjoy it. read more

Do not purchase here!! We purchased our camper 11/8/25. Our sales girl Abewi, was amazing. However, beyond her the customer service is the worst we have experienced. The date of purchase the sales manager was an arrogant and rude person who didn't care to have the time to deal with our questions. We have service items we have been trying to have resolved from the date of purchase that the service manager/dept will not help with. They are rude and arrogant as well. I regret buying from this business bailey Toliver Rv in Stanton. I bought and Rv in may 2024, now June 2025 and it has a rotted roof the wood and who knows what other damage . We drove from Arizona to purchase a 2008 DRV that we were assured was in Immaculate condition. We were lied to!!! Crack in the outside with the clear coat coming off, the roof was in worn condition. The inside had a water damage on the carpet by the back corner. Faucets were worn and in bad condition, mirror in the bathroom that the backing was coming off. Molding missing. Need I go on? Too much to list! Don't trust what they say is in immaculate!!! If it was possible to give less stars I would have! We are disappointed and discussed!!! This is the absolute WORST customer service i have ever received. after having my 5 month old RV for 5 weeks they never even looked at it. this was a 100% warranty issue of a faulty slide that flooded my camper, mind you this is by home that i live in to work out of town. After many phone calls and trips up to check on my home I became very aggravated because my husband and I kept being lied to and given the run around. After speaking to the manufacturer I was told to take the camper to a different dealership 8 hours away for the repairs. Bailey Toliver RV in Stanton, TX is great when it comes to selling you a camper, but after the sale forget about it. We bought a new travel trailer from them in late 2020. We purchased the GAP coverage at time of the sale. Our camper was totaled in a hail storm this year and I did everything I was supposed to do, including contacting the GAP carrier for a refund of unused premium. The GAP company told me that Bailey Toliver would be issuing the refund, and that I should notify them. When I called to notify them, I was told the finance guy was "too busy" closing a deal. Each time I called to speak with him I was told he wasn't available and that someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I came to find out it is Bailey Toliver RV's responsibility to issue the refund check, not the GAP company. I called again and a man who answered the phone was very rude, said finance guy was not available, and that I should email him with my camper info for the refund. I then got the GAP carrier involved again because I received no response. They submitted my paperwork and I got an email stating that Bailey Toliver would be issuing my refund. I have left a total of 5 messages for the finance guy and have never received the courtesy of a response to my calls or email. Still waiting for my check, and can't get anyone to call me back or at least give me the courtesy to confirm they received and are processing my refund. We will not be purchasing our new camper from them despite wanting a model they currently have on their lot. We will go to another dealer even if it means driving to another city 3-4 hours away. read more
