**Facebook Review for Bailey Toliver RV Brownfield** My husband and I are thrilled to share our experience with Bailey Toliver RV in Brownfield, TX, where we recently purchased a stunning 2025 Keystone 43" Staycation RV! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the exceptional service from the staff and management truly set this dealership apart. After bringing our new RV back to Hobbs, NM--just 56 miles away--we encountered a few issues with some interior items. As we plan to live in our RV for the next few months while awaiting our new home, this was understandably disheartening. I'll admit, I was initially apprehensive about reaching out, given some of the past reviews I had read. However, after taking a deep breath and gathering my thoughts, I contacted the dealership. To my surprise, Mr. David Kidd reached out to me first thing on a busy Monday morning. His dedication to customer service was nothing short of extraordinary! He went above and beyond in a way I've never experienced before with any manager in the automotive or RV industry. While I was at a physician's appointment, I received a voicemail from Mr. Kidd assuring me that he had received my messages and was committed to resolving the issues. Not only did he offer to trade my RV for the 5th Wheel I had expressed interest in, but he also guaranteed that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra--he would have it ready for me upon my arrival. And here's the most incredible part: not only was the trade seamless, but I ended up with a new RV that was actually $12,500 more expensive than the initial RV for ***$4,500 cheaper***than my original purchase! On top of that, I received a **two-point interest rate reduction**, resulting in a monthly payment that is **$150 less** than what I was paying before! It's essential to remember that issues can arise with any new product, and that's simply part of the process. What truly matters is how the dealership responds and supports you. Bailey Toliver RV demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that is second to none. If I could give Bailey Toliver RV Brownfield more than 5 stars, I would shower them with a million stars! A heartfelt THANK YOU to Mr. Kidd and our amazing salesperson, Lupe, for making this experience unforgettable. Don't let the negative reviews sway you; I assure you that Bailey Toliver RV will go above and beyond to ensure you and your family are happy, protected, and thrilled with your purchase! #ShopBaileyToliverRV #BestRVDealership #BaileyToliverRVBrownfield #CarriageRV #BestCustomerService #Thanks #RVLife #HomeAwayFromHome #Glamping Ready to experience the difference for yourself? Head to Bailey Toliver RV today! You won't regret it!

This was the trailer I was promised but not what I saw.

We drove from Arizona to purchase a 2008 DRV that we were assured was in Immaculate condition. We were lied to!!! Crack in the outside with the clear coat coming off, the roof was in worn condition. The inside had a water damage on the carpet by the back corner. Faucets were worn and in bad condition, mirror in the bathroom that the backing was coming off. Molding missing. Need I go on? Too much to list! Don't trust what they say is in immaculate!!! If it was possible to give less stars I would have! We are disappointed and discussed!!! I heard from the salesman before we drove 700 miles "Yes Mrs. Stevens, I assure you it is a beautiful trailer" NOT!

Each one I spoke with was helpful and polite..........until I contacted Webb's RV. After filling out a dialogue box early this morning to express interest in a couple of RV's,  I was emails a few hours later by a representative. Typically, dealers have called me on the phone in response to my inquiries in order to introduce themselves and talk a bit about what I am looking to accomplish. Webb's chose to email me, which is perfectly fine, but the emails were short and unprofessional as if perhaps I were inconveniencing them somehow. My questions were met with curt responses and I don't think the person even told who they were. When I'd had enough, I told the person what I thought of the exchange and of course their position was that I was upset because they were trying to get information about my trade, which couldn't be further from the truth. I let them know that they were losing a sale because because of the unprofessional way the correspondence was being handled and that if that I couldn't imagine things being better throughout the deal making process. Of course the response was that it was actually me that was unprofessional, which is moronic because my profession is not buying RV's but selling them is his/hers, and that I have wasted enough of their time. It is very clear that Webb's RV collectively has no concept of friendly customer service. If a business fails so spectacularly at such a simple task as initial interaction with a potential customer, one has to assume that it can only get worse when they have your money. I will never do business with these rude people.
