Well I told them that when I went in for my FREE oil change and instead of taking advantage of me they looked over the car, said they couldn't find anything bad with it in a quick overlook but they noticed something loose under the hood and tightened it down so if there's still a problem I could bring it in later for an in depth look. The came and picked up my truck and had it fixed the next day, for half of what the Ford house wanted - and that included the towing. Next day service in the Permian Basin is unheard of these days.
