BUYER BEWARE ! A coworker asked me to pick up an AC unit…read morefor him in Odessa, Texas. We are working and staying in Monahans Texas about an hour away. I came to pick it up and had to wait over an hour for the RV tech to get to the storage building. He purchase a new AC non ducted unit, without a box but was assured it was new never installed. It was preciously installed , the gasket was already shrank down from being installed, and one of the four roof bolts were broken off inside, making it impossible to properly secure to the roof, preventing leaks. They also give him a AC unit that was Ducted when he specifically ordered non . When Jesse and my husband went to install the AC unit and discovered it was incorrect, Jesse contacted the company and was told he could return it first thing the next morning and they switch it out. I brought the unit back first thing in the morning and the RV tech, Jeff knew nothing about this return coming in and the representative Michelle will not answer Jesse's nor my phone calls. Attached will be the text exchanged between myself, Jesse and her. Needless to say, we are very unhappy with this company and would encourage anyone not to do business with them. UPDATE After a two wait, Jeff Found a correct unit and switch it out. Still no box but the correct unit . Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.

2/13/2020 Over the past few days I have spoken with several…read moreRV dealerships in a couple of different cities looking to trade in my RV. Each one I spoke with was helpful and polite..........until I contacted Webb's RV. After filling out a dialogue box early this morning to express interest in a couple of RV's,  I was emails a few hours later by a representative. Typically, dealers have called me on the phone in response to my inquiries in order to introduce themselves and talk a bit about what I am looking to accomplish. Webb's chose to email me, which is perfectly fine, but the emails were short and unprofessional as if perhaps I were inconveniencing them somehow. My questions were met with curt responses and I don't think the person even told who they were. When I'd had enough, I told the person what I thought of the exchange and of course their position was that I was upset because they were trying to get information about my trade, which couldn't be further from the truth. I let them know that they were losing a sale because because of the unprofessional way the correspondence was being handled and that if that I couldn't imagine things being better throughout the deal making process. Of course the response was that it was actually me that was unprofessional, which is moronic because my profession is not buying RV's but selling them is his/hers, and that I have wasted enough of their time. It is very clear that Webb's RV collectively has no concept of friendly customer service. If a business fails so spectacularly at such a simple task as initial interaction with a potential customer, one has to assume that it can only get worse when they have your money. I will never do business with these rude people.

Why turn away $$$ ? During our travels, we stayed here twice! Once on the way to Quinlan and again on our way back to Northern California. The managers of this park are awesome people! For $25 I was able to reserve a spot for us to park the truck for the night. The staff of the RV park left a note on the "late arrival board" for us that had our spot number, along with a package of bottled water. I thought that was sweet at first, but turns out the water at the park had an unsafe amount of nitrates in it and they were just trying to be safe. Anyway, it was a lot quieter and cleaner than either of us expected; not counting the time we were asleep we were there maybe three hours, in and out with no hassle. Exactly what we needed.

The park overall is ok. There were many tenants there that had things in their lots like workout benches, junk and furniture. There was a business across the street on the back of the park that had a high pitch beep that went all day and night, I could hear it while in my trailer with the doors and windows shut. Nothing agains the park. but there were tenants there with political flags and confederate flags that I found offensive. Overall it was a nice park, due to COVID I didn't get to see any of the amenities besides the dog park. area which was very small but nice. there was one. He gave them the list. The guy gave it to the warehouse guy and he was gone for 30 mins. Comes back and not one part was right. They get him straight and the warehouse guy is gone for another 30 mins. Another customer came in so hubs had to stand there and wait on them to finish with this guy instead of checking my husband out who has been there for an hour and ten mins at this point. So an hour and twenty mins is what he was there for total and was the only customer for over an hour! That is ridiculous! Utter nonsense!! Big Tex fix your issues! This is why people go out of town for parts!
