I called as I was leaving Fort Worth, TX and said I would be there around 2:30pm, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. They said not a problem that should work out. I got delayed and was 30 minutes late, I called them to let them know, still no problem. I pulled up and within about 10 minutes they were looking into what was wrong. The younger guys were trying to troubleshoot what the issue was and the owner (you can tell he knows everything there is to know about RV's and trailers) thumps a part on the heater and says, yeah its this part, they are finicky, nothing broken, just needs some WD40 and you might have to thump it on occasion to get water to spin through to kick on the furnace portion of the heater. He didn't charge me anything, they only looked at it for 10 minutes. The fact that they were able to fit me in same day, were honest and up front with me and were all very courteous and genuine won me over. If you need service on your RV, Travel Trailer or 5th Wheel I recommend Miller's.

Needed to be careful not to damage tire since it was completely down. Had AAA tow the vehicle from the hotel to Forrest since it was open the earliest in the area. Was so impressed that they took me right in and repaired (patched) the tire and had us on our way in 30 minutes. They could have tried to make me buy a new tire or even 2. Maybe it is because we live in LA and are used to folks trying to rip everyone off. It was so refreshing to see honest and nice people helping us out. If we lived in the area, I would definitely be doing business with them. Thank you guys once again.
