He was rude the entire time he was on site and never touched a tool. Not a volt meter not a "diagnostic machine." When I called in to tell them I was unsatisfied with the techs "service" which in my opinion no service was provided the woman informed me that he did not need to get on the roof because he has a machine well he never touched any machine besides a cell phone he used to take a picture of the serial number inside the rv. All parts are external you quite literally DO have to get on top of the rv to diagnose or repair anything. So I had to pay someone else to come out and fix the unit.. it did NOT need to be replaced and the "diagnosis" from the lazy Rv Unlimited tech was wrong. He was "100% sure" it was the fan motor. Guess what? It was NOT. My ac is fixed now and they refuse to refund my money for the absolute garbage tech they sent out. This company is a scam. They are ripping people off telling you that you need to pay 2-3k to have a new unit put in when you very well could have an $80 part that needs replacing. I want a full refund, and I will be telling everyone with an rv NOT to use these people.

I called as I was leaving Fort Worth, TX and said I would be there around 2:30pm, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. They said not a problem that should work out. I got delayed and was 30 minutes late, I called them to let them know, still no problem. I pulled up and within about 10 minutes they were looking into what was wrong. The younger guys were trying to troubleshoot what the issue was and the owner (you can tell he knows everything there is to know about RV's and trailers) thumps a part on the heater and says, yeah its this part, they are finicky, nothing broken, just needs some WD40 and you might have to thump it on occasion to get water to spin through to kick on the furnace portion of the heater. He didn't charge me anything, they only looked at it for 10 minutes. The fact that they were able to fit me in same day, were honest and up front with me and were all very courteous and genuine won me over. If you need service on your RV, Travel Trailer or 5th Wheel I recommend Miller's.
