Caiden claimed he'd make sure I'm taken care of, as I delayed payment because the work done the first time was unsatisfactory...and here it is 2 months later and I'm still waiting to be taken care of. He says to send pictures of the work in question and once we finally agree on when to bring the car in he quickly walks around and takes his own pictures despite the ones I submit originally, instead of taking the time to actually look at anything. Work still didn't get done, and pictures submitted of the work - wasn't even touched. He tells me after picking it up 1st time that he pointed out areas over looked but im having to bring it back twice? How do they look at vehicles to determine if things look good or not before calling the customer that its ready for pickup? You'd think having a detail business that they'd have a detailers eye but nope. They damaged some spots of clearcoat mainly on the rear quarter panel area, added lots of swirl marks along the front quarter panels and bumper, and still left original marks around the car that shouldve been removed 1st time dropping the car off...the work i paid for and was told id get taken care of. They don't return phone calls or texts. Sounds like alot of their good work only comes from higher end uncontaminated surfaces that are already in great shape.

Great family owned business…read more I thought my water heater was dead. I called as I was leaving Fort Worth, TX and said I would be there around 2:30pm, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. They said not a problem that should work out. I got delayed and was 30 minutes late, I called them to let them know, still no problem. I pulled up and within about 10 minutes they were looking into what was wrong. The younger guys were trying to troubleshoot what the issue was and the owner (you can tell he knows everything there is to know about RV's and trailers) thumps a part on the heater and says, yeah its this part, they are finicky, nothing broken, just needs some WD40 and you might have to thump it on occasion to get water to spin through to kick on the furnace portion of the heater. He didn't charge me anything, they only looked at it for 10 minutes. The fact that they were able to fit me in same day, were honest and up front with me and were all very courteous and genuine won me over. If you need service on your RV, Travel Trailer or 5th Wheel I recommend Miller's.

We paid $220 for him to travel from Snyder to Colorado City and agreed he would come the same…read morenight. He later rescheduled for the next morning due to bad weather, which we understood. However, the agreed arrival time was between 9:30-10:30 a.m., and he did not show up until 2:00 p.m. Regarding the service, we were having furnace issues. He cut a wire, reconnected it, and said he needed to do further research. After that, he stopped responding entirely. Six days passed with no solution, explanation, or follow-up. We had to hire another company, who diagnosed and explained the issue within the same hour. Do not recommend. Reply: If you were unable to resolve the issue, that should have been communicated to us. We should not have had to leave a review in order to get a response. Reply 2: I understand the weather conditions were unsafe and that you were busy. However, saying you didn't have time or were dealing with medical emergencies doesn't line up with the fact that you worked on a coworker's RV just two days later. During that time, we were still waiting for a solution or at the very least, a response. We had to hire another company after already wasting $220 on your "services".
