Well, I lost faith in them this morning 3.18.26...I`ve shopped there for 20 yrs or so, today the salesman, talked down to me, I just wanted subwoofers and an Amp, replaced in a car I bought at Auction, everything as far as wires and box was there, he went on about , I`m not going to be able to sale the car, something to the affect that, I can`t get my money back, when I get the speakers and amp, and when I asked how much, he said so more like wires and so forth, He acted, like I didn`t know and or needed what I wanted to buy, I also told him I own a car dealership...I know well what I want... doing this debate, I though, how rude, I`m a CUSTOMER ... read more

I had an issue with my factory stereo system. The crew at Baldwin took the time & talent to troubleshoot it even after it became apparent that there would be no sale involved--they even stayed past closing time to brainstorm it. That speaks volumes: it tells me they care more about providing the world with quality car audio than making a buck. So, when the day comes for me to spend serious $$$ on an upgrade, I'm going with Baldwin, where I know there won't be any nonsense; no buyer's remorse. Great job on the installation! The system you spec'd out for me is perfect for my car, and it sounds great. Time estimate for install and final cost were spot on and that's very much appreciated.
