I contacted the mobile shop at 9 PM on a Saturday night requesting a service call. They immediately drove 25 miles to meet my daughters and evaluate What was wrong with the car. The person I spoke to quoted me $150 for a service call and told me that if the car needed to be towed, there would be no additional charge. I was very surprised with the fair pricing given the predatory Environment in most towing businesses. when they arrived, they told me that the radiator had a crack and it would need to be replaced. He gave me a very fair quote for the repair and told me that he would tow the car back to the shop and wait for parts. On Monday he contacted my daughters letting them know that he was trying to get the car done by 6 PM so they would have it back. my daughter's contacted me at around 10 PM Monday morning, letting me know that he had driven the car back to UTPB and was downstairs. He provided me with a link to pay for the repairs and the quote that he gave me was exactly what he charged me in the transaction. I would highly recommend this service and will give them a five out of five for customer service, price, integrity, and quality of repair. Even though I was five hours away in Dallas, he made no attempt to "up charge "or unfairly charge me for the work performed. He even gave my daughters. The paperwork for a warranty on the replaced radiator. I am very pleased!

My roadside assistance towed me to their shop - I had no idea if they were dishonest, bad, or what have you. The car was dropped off on a Sunday, so they were closed. Danny, the service writer, called me promptly the next morning, empathized with my plight, and promised they'd do everything they could to figure out the problem and get me on my way. Three days later the car was fixed and ready to go. That is super fast considering they're a busy shop and they had to order a bunch of parts. David Scott was the mechanic who worked on my car. I met him briefly when I came to pick up my car. I could tell he was very conscientious and really cared that the car was repaired properly. We were lucky because we took the car to Sam's Club Tire Center, they were able to diagnose the problem but couldn't do the repair. They referred me to MAC Automotive. Aaron - the owner was wonderful. He understood we were trying to get back home safely & leave town that same morning. He sent one of his employees go pick up the part because that was faster than waiting for the auto parts delivery driver. It took only 30 minutes to get the part and then about 20 minutes to put them on. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. And best part is I thought the bill was fair.
