Customer service is very good and rather impressive considering the general lack if it here in Odessa. The tint has been placed for a couple of months, it comes with a great warranty, so far no bubbles and no creases or problems. They schedule appointments and availability is not ridiculous like most places and may accommodate you within a day or two. They have different types of tint from the best heat rejection to the lowest and they have a device that will show you the difference in heat rejection abilities of film! Very nice! Money well spent! Got to the office they met me in the parking lot and checked the vehicle right away and made repairs to broken clips and realigned the windshield wiper position. Took me about 30 minutes. I am satisfied. Seems like if I could have contacted the folks at this shop by phone I could have avoided all the headaches.
