We got so lucky to find this spot! Unbeknownst to us, many parks in this area will only rent a space for long term quests. From a business standpoint, that makes absolute zero sense. Why turn away $$$ ? During our travels, we stayed here twice! Once on the way to Quinlan and again on our way back to Northern California. The managers of this park are awesome people! During our short stays we were able to chat with them so much and learn about the area and them! Awesome family and park. I enjoyed their shower rooms and like their laundry room & lounge area. Would highly recommend! We've had our camper here for a few months now and absolutely love it. The camper spots are spacious, it's located in a nice quiet area, great amenities (Two laundry rooms, showers, weight room, and even a dog park which is perfect for our two dogs) and the service is absolutely amazing. The owners live on-site and are always happy to help- wether it's with help moving the camper, any internet issues, or even jump starting our car, you name it, they're always very responsive and happy to help! Great RV Park to stay at in Midland. All the amenities one would need to live comfortably-Laundry, Restrooms with Nice Showers, WiFi, satellite TV in a Community Lounge, Work out Facility, Dog Run Area, and Vending. There are 2 parks- both are Safe, Clean and Well Kept. Managers are always willing to help and really go the extra mile. Been to many RV parks and Lucky Star RV Park is one of the best run parks I've stayed at. Highly Recommend if you need a place in the Oilfield (Permian Basin). read more

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! Where do I even start?? WendyLynn always made excuses about the "owners" (WendyLynn and her husband WERE the owners at the time of our conversation) only fix certain things at certain times (like the washers and dryers that are ALWAYS broken). Lot maintenance was non existent. As you can see from the person that posted pics a few days ago. There are weeds that are LITERALLY up to the window level of my RV. THE WiFi hasn't worked a single day since I moved in 2 years ago. NOW there are new owners that are hiking up the price to EVERYONE on the grounds. When I asked about getting my deposit back when I left, they told me that the previous owners didn't leave the money to refund and that they didn't know anyone was charged a deposit. It's a good thing that I kept a copy of my lease so that my attorney can recoup my money. read more

We stopped to check out this RV park with our 5 yo son, an only child whom we supervise closely. When my husband went into the office, the owner (husband) told my husband they don't allow homeschool children since they're unsupervised and roam around shooting out windows with BB guns. I'm not sure where he got this idea, but we weren't impressed with the park or the pricing or proximity to the highway. No thank you. We've been on the road and stayed at about 20 places in 3.5 years and never caused any problems anywhere we stayed. Our homeschooled son and we make a point of being responsible tenants and neighbors--neat, clean, quiet, helpful, friendly, polite, no drugs, alcohol, tobacco or loud music. The most we can say is at least the owners let us know they wouldn't be a good fit for us right up front. We have personal, residential, and job references and stability so it's definitely their loss. Very sad! read more
